We stayed in this house for our yearly trip as a family, more than enough space for our family of two adults and 4 teenagers. Kids loved hanging out on the dock and using the lily pad out in the lake. Location was great for everything we were interested in visiting!

We enjoyed another weekend in the ozarks. We spent at least 1/2 of all days boating to various locations on the water for site seeing, live entertainment, food, drinks, events, and visiting other friends on the water. In response to other posts, do not buy salt & pepper… there is plenty at the house at this point and the house is nicely stalked with cooking utensils. During the busiest times of the weekend, the water was rough, but I would not say any worse than others. We did not get in the water at the dock, but did sit in the lounge chairs at times. We fashioned a front hook to keep the boat centered and ties at each rear corner. The boat seemed protected by the bumpers provided. It’s a little difficult to tell from pictures just exactly what the bedroom situation is, but we had more than enough room and didn’t even utilize the bunk space or any couches for sleeping. There is a king bed in the master, a queen in one guest room, and a full and single in the other. 3 full bathrooms was very handy and we had plenty of bath linens with the options to wash as needed. We did use both living rooms at various time. One of the best features of this house is that it is only a few gentles steps to the lake and the lit walkway helped up identify the house in the evening. Patrick is a great host and was available for any questions, but not overbearing. Highly recommend the property.

Very nice house with plenty of room for everyone. If you have a boat 30’ or less and plan to use the slip, bring LOTS of stretchy lines and fenders as your boat will bounce around in the slip a lot from wake and chop. This is true for off-the-dock play as well, just account for the chop. The provided kayak is great!

We used this property as a place to crash for a nearby family gathering so we didnt spend a ton of time here. But it was fully equipped for cooking and with adequate linens and of course the location was great.. Make sure to bring your own soap & shampoo, though.

The house was great and true to it's pics. The location is right off the main channel, so its a little rougher out on the dock. Had plenty of room for a group of 9.

The host was kind and let us check in a few hours early. A couple things that might help others. 1. No trash sacks. Make sure to bring some. I thought there would be at least one to start us out. 2. Minimal towels 3. Dock - it really needs some TLC. We had a family member step through a big hole by the ladder and hurt herself. Popped nails 4. No electricity on the dock , we wanted to plug in a radio, but the owner did tell us after we questioned it that they are working on it. 5. This isn’t in a deep cove, the waves can be like on the ocean. You won’t be able to have a relaxing swim on this part of the lake. No fault of the owner. 6. House was very nice. Lots of room for family. Mitch was well stocked as well. 7. Would recommend a gas grill be provided as well.

This is a great property and exactly as described! There were 8 of us total- 2 sets of parents and 4 teens and we all had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed just hanging out at the house and lounging on the deck and the dock but we were also conveniently close to some great hiking ( HaHaTonka state park is just about 10 minutes away and we loved it!) and grocery stores and other attractions so the location is amazing. The house was clean and well stocked! Would definitely recommend,

We had a great stay. Views were amazing from the home or relaxing on the dock. Great location just a quick drive to Camdenton grocery and Walmart. The kitchen in the home is so well equipped and bedrooms and baths were excellent. The lower level is super chilly and the dock needs some repairs, otherwise we were super pleased with this property.

Everything was great from the check in process, cleanliness, and well stocked home. Easy to find, close to Walmart for groceries, and located down a quiet street. Just a few steps down to the dock. AC worked great but definitely colder down stairs. Everything was excellent. The host did not bother us during our trip which was appreciated. There was a nook downstairs which had bunk beds, that was a plus for my kids. Kids were able to stay downstairs and the adults could stay upstairs. Overall this was a great place!! Saturday, the water was very rough due to the boat traffic. Dock was hard to use on that day but does not reflect the host at all. Host can't control the volume of the boats. Kids loved the waves though! Very minor thing, but dock could use a little TLC. There were a few nails sticking up and a few warped boards which could be tripped on. Possibly add a small table with an umbrella for shade. Only issue we had were with the animals. I'm assuming racoons knocked over a trash can one night but it was not one of our bins. We did not use that particular bin. While we were packing up the car, a neighbor came over and politely asked if we were going to pick up the trash. It was not our trash can and I did not feel like we were obligated to pick it up. Just in case, put a heavy rock or something on your trash can!! :)
