Stayed Dec 26, 2025This was an ideal place for the family to gather through the holidays. It was close to shops and entertainment. It accommodated family who uses a transport chair, an infant, and everyone in between.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024We stayed at Tim's house for two reasons: a small college reunion followed by a family reunion. The bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient for our needs. The beds were comfortable, plenty of nice, soft towels. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We loved having a large room for visiting. In a nice neighborhood. We did not use the outside deck and did not do any cooking. This was a great house and met our needs. Appreciate Tim's quick response to any questions we had. Would stay there again.

Stayed Aug 17, 2023The house was very accommodating and comfortable. We brought two young children (2 and 1 years old) on our trip. Both children felt at home thanks to toys and books already being there. The backyard was very peaceful. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee on the back deck and watch squirrels, rabbits, and chipmunks running around. The location of the house was a plus. It's a good central location if you will be going around the Des Moines area during your stay. Overall, my family very much enjoyed our stay here and we would return to it again.
