One of the better rentals I’ve ever stayed in over the years. Excellent location, beautiful neighborhood across from the lake with a trail. The house was immaculate, well stocked and the instructions were spot on. Fully fenced, a major bonus for the dogs! The host was extremely accessible on a very timely basis. Overall, a stellar experience.

The property was lovely with convenient access to a nice lake park and local restaurants and amenities. There was good communication with the host. I especially appreciated that it was pet friendly. I would happily stay here in the future if the occasion arises.

The home was clean and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. It had a quaint backyard that was completely private. The host communicated our check-in instructions well. Overall a great stay.

The house was incredibly comfortable and very spacious. The beds and pillows were the perfect level of soft and firm for us, the kitchen was well stocked, and the neighborhood was quiet, beautiful, and safe. Very close to highways for convenience. Doug and Mika thought of everything to make our stay wonderful, and Doug was responsive, prompt, and efficient in resolving a small check-in issue we had. Highly recommend!

Very clean, inside and out with lovely yard. Snacks and some drinks for guests which is welcome when you can't get right to store. Backyard is lovely and furnished. Hosts are always easy to reach and quick to respond. HIGHLY recommend.

Our host was very welcoming. We received a text the day of arrival with details of what we needed to know. We have 5 kids and the house was a perfect fit for everyone! It is close to family, which is really nice; and within walking distance of Lake Underhill and several parks. Not far from downtown, Winter Park, or UCF--all things we took advantage of!

Absolutely loved this place, it was nice and cozy with a very homey feel. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again.

We were in town for the UCF/KU game and wedding planning events for our son. The home was just as pictured, and easy to find. I really like the way remote entry is handled. Great communication with Doug, bummer UCF didn’t win this time. Everything we needed was available, and sitting in the Gazebo at night was awesome! Great place, great hosts - we will stay here again when we visit our kids in Orlando!!

Everything was excellent. Wish you had provided an ice cream scoop, salt for cooking, and black out curtains in master bedroom. Thank you for the snacks and beverages. We loved the coffee station, especially the coffee sugar and the electric kettle! And the foosball table is always fun! Thanks for a great stay!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Not too far from Disney. Allowed us time to rest when we were finished with Disney for the day. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Will book again for sure!

We stayed at Doug and Mika's vacation rental for our trip from GA to FL for my nephew's heart surgery.It's such a cute house full of character. It was so nice knowing we had a clean, safe, comfortable place to rest and relax after coming in from long days at the hospital. We had everything we needed. It's very close to pretty much everything you would want or need. Entertainment, restaurants, airports, hospitals,.....and it's in a very charming, well kept neighborhood.Doug was very responsive and kind if I had questions about anything, and very accommodating with a request I had. If the need ever arises again, I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. I would definitely recommend staying at Doug and Mika's vacation rental if you want comfort and kindness! This house was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The ease of access to shopping and Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts was amazing! Excellent communication with property owners and amenities were great! We loved staying here and will return again and again! Thank you!

Overall the stay was well received. The patio was everything. However there was pet dander on the blankets that were sitting on the sofa. The Laundry Room was not welcoming at all. The house possibly needed to be aired out before guest arrive, light ranky smell. But absolutely will recommend and/or will stay again. Thank you again. It was pretty decent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The back yard was perfect for our morning coffees as the dog explored away! The location was great. We felt 100% safe. We went in a beautiful walk around the lake. The kitchen table was perfect for our nightly card games. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful property. The property owner was attentive and the house was well prepared, and the backyard as beautiful.

The unit met our requirements for a quick weekend getaway. It was clean, the beds was comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. It was close to the major highway and to downtown. We had plans with friends and family in the area so we were not able to utilize the backyard, but it was nice and very private. I would most definitely recommend and use this place when we return.

Clean and comfortable, Doug and Mika’s place is the perfect place to connect with family. The welcome snacks and drinks were a great way to make us feel at home, and the games kept the good times rolling.

This house is clean, beds and furnishings are super comfortable, close to Lake Underhill walking path, Winter Park. Great location! The only downside is the odor that is coming out of the bathroom drains. It smells like someone is getting a perm. The house is overly scented to cover it up. The bed linens have way too much scent.

Lively comfortable home..makes you have a relaxing vacation.

Nice bungalow house with great updates and spacious rooms. House is beautifully finished inside with a peaceful garden to relax in out back. The house is well built (we hung out during hurricane Milton) and cozy. Great location as its 20 min to Universal and 30 min to Disney. Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds, which made for a great retreat after hitting the parks. The hosts were great with communication and VERY accommodating, as they even let me bring my parrot. Highly recommend!
