    Exactly like pictures and description, was able to fit 8 for a Hen Do, perfect location for beach and town etc. Hosts were really good during the welcome making sure we knew where everything was/ where to go if we needed anything.Only downside is parking but not unexpected due to how central it is. I'd stay here again if I ever planned another group trip to Brighton, an easy choice tbh

    This is a sparkling, clean and very comfortable property superbly located next to the Lanes in Brighton centre. The VRBO description of the property is spot on. The Earth & Stars Pub opposite is excellent, but, for lighter sleepers, can perhaps be a little noisy late in the evening at weekends and with early morning deliveries. As hosts, Gregor and Tania were oustanding - kind, flexible and full of great local recommendations. Will definitely return to Sunny Side House. Many thanks

    We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely holiday home in Brighton, and it exceeded all my expectations! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided lots of helpful tips about the local area. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended

    Location is right in the middle of Brighton which comes with all the pros and cons. Pros: plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Cons: lot of noise and drunk people passing by in the night. Parking only possible in the parking garageclose by which is very expensive. Apartment is renovated with a very nice kitchen. The second shower in the upper story was not really usable for us since it would have flooded the complete bathroom. The heating - which according to the landlord is not broken - makes unbearable noises which makes it impossible to sleep on the upper floor. The owner is nice and caring. Overall, we enjoyed the stay!

    If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house was in the best location, less than ten minutes walk from absolutely everything, the seafront, the Lanes, shopping etc. The house was as described in the photos, very well equipped, everything had been thought of we didn't want for anything while we were there. The owner greeted me on arrival and showed me round, the house was clean and well cared for. He even very kindly allowed me in slightly early as the food shop had arrived early!! Some comments complained about the top floor bathroom, we didn't have a problem, there's a shower screen preventing spillage so suspect possibly it had not been used as designed. Highly recommend this house.
