Fully-equipped canal-front home w/private outdoor pool, bay, dock, and views

the space and amenities were wonderful

The home itself was beautiful, but not well maintained. It was not cleaned well and there were a number of maintenance issues. Bedroom/bathroom mix was ideal for a group of adults, but consider removing bunk bed rooms to really make it great. Location and outdoor spaces are excellent.

This house was everything we needed, from the movie room to the pool, to the surround sound in the house, we absolutely loved it! We had multiple toddlers/infants in the house and the blackout shades were a plus as well! Could not recommend this house more and the Vacasa team was extremely responsive to all of our requests!

Table Games, hot tub, pool, well stocked kitchen, many refrigerators and icemakers, multiple outdoor spaces, boat dock, location to beach, view, elevator, floor plan, quiet location.

The house is great! We had a great time because of the occasion. We know how to make the best out of less than ideal circumstances. The outside of the house was fithly, the sliding glass doors, screens, deck’s & balconies and front door were in need of power washing. The old greasy grill needed to be replaced. Thanks to Misty England the grill was replaced with a brand new one. The elevator didn’t work, but the maintenance team came to fix it so my elderly members could use it. The lawn was not cut or trimmed, the pool area was cluttered with dust, spider webs, etc. The pool maintenance team came on the third day of my 4 day vacation to clean the pool and refill the jacuzzi in the middle of our celebration. The two men did a good job with minimal interference. However, it should have been scheduled with me. The ice maker in the kitchen did not work. Despite these issues, my family made the best of a less than ideal situation. The Vacasa team did their best.This house is wonderful but ownership needs to make sure it is thoroughly cleaned & power washed, grass cut, elevator operative, pool and jacuzzi fully functional and clean—-otherwise charge less because I feel a partial refund is warranted given the series of inconveniences, and limited use of balconies, decks, lawn areas, pool and jacuzzi because the areas were not cleaned or properly prepared for our usage.

Great space and great location! Perfect layout for large groups and walking distance to the beach. Stayed for a long weekend with friends for a cheer competition- about 25 mins from the convention center. TVs could use updating. No access to Netflix and DVD player in the theater room did not work. Overall, happy with our stay.

Size was great for our family, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Plenty to do on the rainy day with the game tables and movie room. Love having 2 dishwashers and several refrigerators. Pool was still warm in mid Sept!

This was our first visit to Am I Dreaming and it is exactly as the photos show. It's an awesome house with beautiful views and great amenities. The view of the bay and the sunsets is spectacular. The beach is just a short 2 block walk away. The house has everything you need for a family vacation - air hockey, foosball, pool table, shuffleboard, lots of TV's and a beautiful movie room. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could ever need for meal prep. Having several refrigerators and two dishwashers is a real plus when you have a houseful of people. We did have one small issue with the front door knob and Vacasa was very responsive to our request and had it repaired. A couple suggestions - The house could use more towels. There were just enough for one per person and, often that's not enough. So a few extra would be helpful. We knew there were no beach towels and brought our own, so that was not a problem. Suggestion number two - the house needs a deep cleaning. The baseboards were quite dirty and the kitchen cabinets were covered with greasy handprints.

Enjoyed every min. Quiet, peaceful, spacious , A Dream is good descriptor. all good. Been there a few times last few years. My family thinks it best place we had in 14yrs. Of course they don’t pay for it…But I Do like their smiles and I will be back… Making memories, keeping all happy. Works for me.. Tks for opportunity VL

Beautiful home, well furnished, plenty of bathrooms and common areas, fantastic backyard with pool and other amenities, awesome view of the bay and super quick walk to the beach.
