With seven bedrooms, five king beds, 6.5 bathrooms, a private pool, hot tub, and ground-level elevator, Frolic Inn makes it easy for family and friends to enjoy time together while having space to spread out.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Five king bedrooms and connected bathrooms make it easy for everyone to settle in comfortably:

• Four king bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms, including the accessible king suite
• A fifth king bedroom sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the daybed room
• A daybed room with a twin trundle, plus a desk and monitors for anyone who needs a workspace
• A room with two twin bunk beds and a connected bathroom

Every bedroom has direct access to a bathroom. With 6.5 bathrooms throughout the house, there’s room for everyone to get ready for the day.

BEACH DAYS & SOUND ADVENTURES

Community sound access and a boat ramp are just steps away—perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and enjoying the water. Bring your kiteboarding gear or small boat and make the most of this beautiful stretch of the Outer Banks.

When you’re ready for the ocean, take an approximately 10-minute walk through the neighborhood’s private streets to the deeded community beach access. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon are included to help make beach days easier.

Four beach cruisers, two kayaks, a kayak dolly, and a paddleboard are available for guest use.

YOUR OWN OUTDOOR RETREAT

Spend sunny afternoons beside the 12' x 34' private pool with a separate kiddie splash pool and an expanded pool deck. Unwind in the screened poolside tiki area, complete with the new six-person hot tub, mini-fridge, picnic table, and evening lighting.

Enjoy volleyball, basketball, cornhole, horseshoes, and a sandbox for the little ones. An upgraded Weber Genesis gas grill, hammock, two outdoor showers, and a fish-cleaning station with water and lighting round out your outdoor setup.

SPACE TO RELAX & PLAY

Gather for movie nights in the media room with a home theater and surround sound. Head to the game room for a round of pool, the 5-in-1 game table, or some nostalgic fun on the Ms. Pac-Man arcade machine.

The game-room wet bar features a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and under-counter ice maker—convenient for cold drinks and filling your beach cooler.

On the top floor, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, two ovens, two dishwashers, and a new refrigerator. The large dining area seats 16, so your whole group can gather for meals.

Relax in the great room or enjoy sound views from the screened porch. As evening approaches, settle onto the western decks for the sunsets that make this location so special.

ACCESSIBILITY THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE

Frolic Inn’s elevator starts at ground level, with no entry steps or ramp needed to reach it, and serves every floor, including the levels with outdoor decks. The pool deck and screened tiki area are also reachable from ground level without steps or ramps.

The accessible king suite features a private bathroom with:

• A roll-in shower with grab bars and a shower bench
• A roll-under sink
• A comfort-height toilet with grab bars

For guests checking mobility-device fit, the elevator doorway measures approximately 34 inches, with a gate opening of approximately 29 inches. Please contact us before booking for measurements or to discuss your specific accessibility needs.

The nearby deeded beach route crosses sand dunes. Guests who prefer a boardwalk route can take a short drive to Rodanthe Public Beach Access, which offers an accessible boardwalk, parking, an accessible restroom, a bathhouse, and outdoor showers.

POOL & HOT TUB

The private pool is open seasonally, generally from early April through late October.

Optional pool heat is available for $60 per day for the duration of your stay. When purchased, the heater is set to 80°F. Actual water temperature depends on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the host to arrange pool heat.

The screened poolside tiki area features a new six-person hot tub.

BOOKING & HOUSE RULES

• Accommodates up to 16 guests
• Saturday check-in and check-out during the summer season, from the end of May through September
• No smoking
• No pets

To complete your reservation, we ask for a quick guest ID verification and your signature on our standard vacation rental agreement.

Before your stay, we’ll also place a temporary hold of up to $500 on your card as a damage deposit. Nothing is charged unless damage needs to be covered. Otherwise, the hold is released after your stay—your bank may take a few days to make that amount available again.
