We enjoyed everything about Carol’s beautiful home! The fully equipped kitchen (including spices and K-cups), the quality furnishings, the beach towels and chairs, the high quality linens, the washer & dryer, the comfortable beds, are just some of the things we really appreciated! If you are traveling with children, there are tons of toys and games for the kids. The home is definitely family friendly.Sitting on the back deck, we got to see several deer up close. They also roamed around the front yard. We loved it! The house was extremely clean and a short walk to the beach. It was perfect for our trip to Fripp! We will try to stay there again if we return to Fripp Island.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was just as pictured online…..very clean, well stocked kitchen, newer gas grill, comfy beds, nice thick towels! Perfect house for our family of 6, three generations! Also, easy check-in and quick response with the owners! We would definitely consider staying here again!!

This is our 5th summer (I think) staying at this property and we love it every time! The dining/living area and kitchen make the house so fun for our family to enjoy time together, and it is convenient to everything on the island. We love looking out and seeing the golf course and deer. So peaceful! We can't wait to come back next summer!

The house was clean and well taken care of. It was stocked better than any house we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you would ever need and was neat and in good condition. The beach chairs and towels were nice. It was helpful for my elderly parents to not have lots of steps to climb. The host was easy to contact. The only problem was that we had taken food to grill but the grill looked like it had previously caught fire and was not usable. We had to run to out and buy one. Wish it included the golf cart but overall, this house was great, and we will try to book here again on our next trip!

Everything was as described, home was spacious, clean, and well-situated. It was perfect for our family's spring break trip to Fripp. We'll look for it again next year!

A much needed girls time away. This house was perfect for the 10 of us to gather together and relax. The was very spacious. The view was spectacular. We will be going back next year!

We fell in love with this house and cannot wait to return! It had everything we could possibly need, was spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The outdoor space was wonderful for my children to play, and it was a short golf cart ride to the beach. We stayed there with my elderly in-laws, and it was a huge advantage that there were only a few steps to enter the house and the rest was one level. We cannot wait to return!

The property was beautiful and convenient to areas we visited on the island. We loved our stay, and we would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. We made many wonderful memories with our 2 children, 3 beautiful grandchildren and their in-laws. We split the week - our daughter, her husband, 2 children, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law who has spina bifida. It was very rewarding to see Mira be able to go to the beach via handicap access, get in the kiddie pool, and ride all over the island on the golf cart. Once my daughter left on Wednesday, my son, his wife, and son along with in-laws came to stay with us the rest of the week. May God bless you and your family. The only issue that we had was the grill was rusty, and we grilled steaks one night, and basically had to fry them on the gas grill. We have our own beef, and we prefer a charcoal grill. The saltiness of the ocean air causes rust, and I know this is beyond your control.

This was our second time at this home and the process and the home itself lend themselves to total relaxation by all. Such a wonderful experience!

Very nice house - nicely decorated, lots of baskets to store things in while staying there. Rental has beach towels and toys, bikes, and games!

We have been coming to Fripp for years and this house became our favorite!! Loved our stay and we will be back!
