The best setup ive seen in a while for multi family vacationing with dogs. We couldnt be more happy and will be returning. The fenced in front/back yard with a beach front river access were highlights for our pupps.

Everything was great.We really enjoyed the extra ammenities including the kayaks. Our only problem was that we were given the wrong address? You need to provide a direct cell and email for contact. We had to go knocking on doors to find the property. We were told 6582 and the correct address is 6550!

This place is absolutely perfect! Covered porch overlooking the river with park like setting at the river. Home is well stocked. Our family absolutely loved this place and will be returning.

We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful property with everything needed for a good time. Nice water access, very comfortable inside, outside patio area was nice, with plenty of lighting, games, water toys, fishing supplies, seating, & bbq. The house was fully stocked. If you forget something, they probably have it, if not there are a few stores not too far away. There is a highway close by that is noisy, and neighbors close by, but it didn’t spoil our time here. Beautiful yard from back door all the way down to the water. Lots of shade by the river. Fenced front & backyard for the dog. The kids enjoyed playing football and wiffle ball in the open space. We didn’t use the downstairs quarters that is separate from the upstairs, but it was nice to have for downstairs restroom and fridge since we hung out downstairs most of our trip. If you want to do some hiking, I’d recommend one of the state parks not too far away. The kayaks were a total hit for us. We went as far as we could go in both directions. House was clean and no bugs for us. We went during a burn ban so we weren’t able to use the nice fire pit down by the river. That would have been a big hit, but I do think it would be nice to have a fire pit near the back patio since a lot of time is spent there. It may have also helped with the flying gnats. 5 stars. We enjoyed it here.

Location was great! We had the best time and were able to see beautiful fall foliage. Spent Thanksgiving with our family and the kids had an amazing time. Would love to be back in the summer. House was perfect for all.

Great House on the river. The house is well stocked with all you need to be more than comfortable. Tons of water toys, chairs, fishing rods, etc. You can leave everything at home and enjoy your friends and family here. In fact, the wifi went down while we were there and we hardly missed it. The owner was in immediate contact once I let me know about the issue and handle the best he could on a weekend. If I'm being honest it was one of the best things to happen while we were there. It made us all realize that we don't need our screens or wifi to enjoy the best places we are fortunate enough to visit. We could have stayed a whole week without wifi.

Stayed here 3 years in a row and it will continue to be a place we stay. Love the location and the river front. It’s peaceful and perfect for families with young children.

Perfectly relaxing! The container house is amazing and the covered porch overlooking the river is perfect. Large fenced in yard for the kids or your pups… park like setting al the way down to the river…. Well manicured and couldn’t imagine a better place for the family to enjoy playing in the water. We didn’t see a single person or dog on the river so very private and relaxing. We will definitely go back…

This place is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need. Can’t think of 1 thing it didn’t have that I would have needed. I’m so use to taking things we normally need & aren’t provided. I can honestly say I didn’t ‘have’ to use any of it however I did since I brought it. The house was nice, the patio was huge & came equipped with everything: bbq pits, gas burners, etc. games, kayaks, floats, fishing equipment & more. The fenced in yard was a nice size & there was also a very large section outside the fence leading down to the river. THE RIVER! The river was absolutely my heaven on earth. There was a fire pit, table with chairs & cushions, a couple of lounge chairs & 2 hammock stands. The hammocks were kept in the downstairs room but they were very easy to handle & hang. I did take a low beach chair to sit in the river & I would still be there if I could ?. I had my coffee sitting by the river every morning listening to nature & soaking in all of God’s beauty! It was definitely a 10/10! Now, the only hiccup we had, & I say hiccup cause I wasn’t upset about it at all? was we couldn’t get the WiFi to work & there is absolutely NO service at that location. The only reason I would have liked to have it was because we have 2 daughters & they brought 3 friends with us. It would have been nice to have been able to have constant contact with their parents in case of emergencies. It never came to that & we went to town to stay in contact! Next trip can’t come soon enough!

The property is hidden and you can't see it from the street.... never arrive after dark. And there are NO tvs and NO wifi
