Freestanding cottage with decks, steps from Commercial Street & the beach

The door access code did not work upon check in. We reached someone at Vacasa who gave us a code to use a key. Please fix the Schlage lock or switch to keys. The door handle on the clothes dryer was broken so we could not use the laundry machine. There were tiny little ants all over the rental but especially on the kitchen counters. All else was adequate and it was a convenient area of Ptown. The outdoor space was great except for the screen porch which was dark, moldy and unusable.

General upkeep at the property made us question the cleanliness. Tears in the screen door; rips in living room chair; mildew in the shower esp near the window, dirty chairs on porch, obvious things left behind from other guests like a pair of shoes. Great location but would stay somewhere else next time.

The property was perfect and very comfortable for the 2 of us. It says it can hold 4 adults, but I feel it could be a bit tight if we had 2 other people with us. The bedrooms were very tight, and you either had to crawl across the bed or shimmy yourself in the small space to get to the other side of the bed. We liked the spiral staircase going to the 2nd floor, but again a tight fit. Thankfully we were smaller sized people and didnt have to many issues fitting in the spaces.We loved the balcony area off the 2nd floor, and if it was a tad warmer, we would have enjoyed our morning tea & breakfast out there. The location of the property was absolutely perfect. We were just a few minutes from the main street and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, but also far enough away that we weren't hearing the noise. The house had everything we could have asked for. It had extra blankets and a fan, which we utilized (we slept in the smaller roon because thw bed was more comfortable in that room). We would definitely stay there again. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is how impersonal this platform is. We've used other platrorms to reserve cabins/houses & we've always been able to contact the owners personally. Not once were we able to do that. We're just used to more personal communications and personal touches. This however would not stop us from coming back.

Great location, wonderful porch, comfortable cottage with all the amenities.

We were traveling with kids for a celebration of life. This house was very convenient to all the places we needed to be, and accommodated our family of 4 nicely. We were traveling in the area for a week, and our luggage was on the larger side, which was a bit of a squeeze in the upstairs area, but we made it work. My 7yo loved seeing the resident bunnies in the yard!

The location was good.

We really enjoyed the out door space with the Adirondack chairs. I great place to get sun, read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. Sofa and chair was Comfortable. Bed was nice . The house was beautifully decorated. Plenty of towels were left for us. Did not cook but if you wished too there was ample cooking gear and utensils

We had a fantastic weekend in the perfect location in PTown! The condo includes two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a cozy living and kitchen area. A big plus is the outdoor patio as well as small screened in porch. The best part of the rental was the location! So close to Commercial St. and all that PTown has to offer. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Super cozy cottage located just blocks away from the heart of Provincetown. Great restaurants, shops and nature nearby. Perfect for a couple/family or a few friends. Highly recommended.

Upon arrival we noticed the upstairs hot water faucet was without a handle and taped with painters tape. I assume that you are aware. That sink drains very slowly as well. No extra paper towels and no kleenex. Cold air getting in around the window a/c upstairs was a bit uncomfortable. Blankets on the be would have been helpful. Had to re-wash 3 mugs to use because they had tea/ coffee stains. We didn't do a wash but did dry a couple of items post downpour but could not easily find the vent to clean it. ( we also are faithful cleaning our vent post each use). The use of space was clever and sweet, however, not being able to get around either bed made it tough. Would probably be fine for young people. I looked for an extra dish towel and found one quite wet, with wet pot holders in the drawer. I left them out on the counter with a note for your cleaning crew.
