This home presents a large open plan living, ample dining area and spacious kitchen with plenty of room to move.
The house has been carefully designed to suit 2 families by separating the bedrooms into two wings of the home. The Left wing comprises of a the master bedroom with Queen bed and second bedroom with 2 Single beds with an adjoining en-suite bathroom.
The right wing comprises of Bedroom 3 with queen bed and bedroom 4 with 2x Single beds with a separate bathroom.


Basic Guest starter kit supplied (approx 2 days worth of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc)

HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or rowdy behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 4 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

    House was perfect for two young families, everything you need, nice and clean and perfect location. Only downfall was the photo in the listing shows there is a grass area behind the fence which is not the case. This was one of the main reasons for us to book so the kids had somewhere to run around. Little disappointed when it is all trees, decking/concrete with no grass at all.

    We had a lovely time. The neighbourhood was whisper quiet the whole time. The home has all the extras you could think of. It's the little things - power boards in every bedroom, dehydrator, coffee maker, toasted sandwich maker, plastic storage containers, plastic picnic gear, glad wrap and alfoil, picnic tablecloth and so on and so on. The description says there is enough dishwashing liquid etc to keep you going for about 2 days, but all of the supplies were very generous. We're a bit of a tall family, so this was great for 6 of us adults with 2 queen-size beds and 2 king single beds, but the other two tallish adults were a little squished in the 2 normal single beds with 'bed-ends'. So... this home would be perfect for 8 adults if two of them were shorter! Hehe! Also a great layout for two families of 2 adults and 2 kids. We'd definitely come back next summer if we could, but our family is growing in numbers and we'll need a bigger place next time!!
