Four Seasons, TOP AMENITIES, fully stocked, Pool & Theater Room!

Really nice property that made our trip to OBX so fun. Lynn was so great at communicating before and during our stay, she really thought through everything. The house is well equipped with literally everything you need, from towels and soap/shampoo, to coffee , zip lock bags, just as an example. It really allows you not to have to over pack for your stay which is great if you have a large group size or small kids. The pool was lovely as was all the outdoor seating.

Lynn was the best host I have ever had! Very responsive and great communicator on variety of topics. Her summary of the area was extremely helpful to us in planning activities and dinners. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable. She provided all paper products and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans and everything you could ever want for making meals. The guests all made great use of the theater room, pool and hot tub, and the multiple balconies for lounging outdoors. We had a wonderful week in Duck!

Excellent host! The owner went above and beyond for us during our stay. The oven had an issue where it couldn’t be used. After communicating with the owner a part had been ordered and delivered the next day and installation happened the day after that. During the time, the owner was extremely apologetic and rectified the issue through various avenues that was extremely gracious!Very family friendly house and my only complaint wasn’t we didn’t book longer.

Our family of 13 had a wonderful stay. This beautiful home had everything you could need. When we couldn’t go out due to inclement weather we had plenty of entertainment and space for all. Our host was very informative and helpful with any questions we might’ve had.

Very well stocked and able to accommodate multiple families. Host was very communicative and responded very quickly. Convenient to beach and downtown Duck. Clubhouse was great - indoor pool and workout area as well as tennis and pickleball courts. Just be aware there are LOTS of steps! Great stay.

Always a pleasure at Casa Azul! Tidewater Mensa has made this our Duck Destination for Oct/Nov. Last year we flew lighted kites on the beach at night, this year we built a OBX Brewtag glider for the October 25 competition. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful, well stocked, spacious home. Very attentive host. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops/restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had an awesome stay — We especially enjoyed the pool and hot-tub as the ocean was rough/closed to swimming (red flag) for several days of our stay. Host was great - immediately responsive to some questions right at check in and had everything you could possibly need (other than food :) ) stocked at the house so we were really able to just relax and enjoy our vacation.

Do NOT even know where to start to describe the phenomonal time we had as a family!! The place was perfect! So many ammenities and added extras that we never experienced before! Lynn and Stephanie responded quickly, efficiently and had all the answers!! They went over and beyond to make our stay the best possible!! Highly recommend this property!!

The stay for our family of 6 adults, and 5 grandchildren at Casa Azul was wonderful!the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and so well equipped; especially as we were traveling from MN and northern VA. The Four Seasons Community adds such amenities as fitness equipment, playground, pools, and lifeguarded beach. It is quite convenient to both the town of Duck, and the beach. We were especially impressed by the Owner, Lynn, who was so responsive and helpful with any questions or needs we had both prior to, and during our stay. Our Grands and kids especially enjoyed both the backyard pool, and the beach, and all the toys, beach equipment that come with the house. High grades all around!

This place has everything you need!

It was our second year here and everything was as perfect as it was last year. Communication with the owner was excellent and we were offered early check in, which was quite helpful. We'll be back.

We couldn’t have stayed at a better home in Duck! The communication with Lynn was amazing and check-in went smoothly. The location is perfect with the walkway to the community center and the beach being right behind the home. So much is provided to make packing light ( from beach chairs to k-cups for coffee!!)! We were so happy that we rebooked for next year before we left! It was obvious that the homeowners were previous renters and knew all the things to include to make it a fabulous rental property!

I could not have dreamt of a better home for an extended family vacation. Plenty of room, fun toys, and an excellent location. I am already looking forward to a future trip to Casa Azul!

We had a wonderful visit at Casa Azul. The description doesn't lie! The house is stocked with all the amenities you will need -- shampoo/conditioner/body wash; dishwashing pods; washing machine pods, shout, dryer sheets; all the paper towels, ziploc bags, aluminum foil etc. that you could need and would pack but for this nice homeowner providing them. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well! We really enjoyed having a charcoal grill, a very clean, functioning hot tub, and a quick walk to the beach and the shops. Like I say, EVERYTHING is as described by the VRBO listing. You can't go wrong with renting this place! We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience here and the house was perfect for our family. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed!

There were 12 of us, ages ranging from 3 through 70, which included 4 children. We had ample room for everyone, also each family's pup. The home was SO WELL equipped! You can really just take your clothes and pick up the groceries you need at the nearby store. Lynn was amazing in her communication and kindness. To sum up in my 9 year old granddaughter's words - it was AWSOME! Thank you Lynn!

Hosted a meeting of Mensans for Nov 8-10. Had SUCH a delightful time! Plenty of room to gather or hermit, as needed- walk to the beach was a great way to stretch our legs. Brought cheap kites and light strings for a magical eve of night kites. Can’t say enough great things about this property or its owner! 10🌟
