Four Beds, three baths, heated pool, and a Golf Course. What more do you need!!

Great place for family to stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Only problem was the unreliable internet service. Out for several days of our stay

Jason is a wonderful host and responsive to questions. The house is in pristine condition. It is absolutely perfect for families or just adults looking to get away. This house has all updated appliances, decor and amenities. Centrally located about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee, 1 hour from Clear Water, St. Pete and Honeymoon Island Beaches.

This is a beautiful home that is kept in pristine condition. It was perfect for our family and is centrally located to all the attractions we know and love. We will definitely book again. 4 spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a pool. The kitchen and amenities are all updated and brand new! The owner is very helpful. We loved our stay here!

The open concept floor plan with four king bedrooms, three bath home, provides a lot of room for families or couples to stay together. The living room had unique lounge chairs/couches that made for easy snuggling and relaxing area to watch TV. The covered pool room was a nice space with lounge chairs and a table and chairs with an outdoor kitchen area. The neighborhood had easy access to activities and restaurants in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO property and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The location was excellent — peaceful and safe, yet close to everything we needed. There were plenty of great shops, restaurants, and amenities nearby, and we especially loved having easy access to the golf course, which we used three times during our stay.The house itself was spotless, spacious, and extremely well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds were very comfy and nicely firm, which made for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living areas were perfect for spending quality time together.The highlight for our family was definitely the pool — it was clean, comfortably heated, and the kids absolutely loved spending all day in it. It really made our trip feel extra special.Our host was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out.Overall, a truly wonderful experience — we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-located, family-friendly getaway.Don’t miss out on seeing the amazing sunsets at nearby Bayport Pier. Great food at the Upper Deck and Silver Dolphin within 10 minutes from the property.

Overall quiet and spacious

This house was exactly what we were hoping for! The house is spacious and provided multiple seating areas (dining table, multiple couches, outdoor seating). Indoor couches were very comfortable for lounging/reclining & the kids liked the built-in speakers! We ate breakfast every morning at the outdoor table area & spent every evening by the pool! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the serving window from inside the kitchen to the outdoor area. Outdoor area is screened in which made it very enjoyable!The kids loved playing in the pool everyday! It was a perfect sized pool for our family to enjoy. Bedrooms were spacious & each room had a king sized bed. 2 bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and the other 2 shared a bath (not Jack ‘n Jill) which was a perfect setup for our family. Only 2 of the beds had sleeping pillows, but there were extra pillowcases in the closets. 2 beach towels were provided & plenty of shower towels. Washer/dryer seemed new & worked well. Kitchen was well-stocked with drip coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, glass storage containers, etc. We stayed over Father’s Day weekend, so the guys played golf at Cabot Citrus Farms 3 days — it’s an easy 25 minute drive from the house! We also went to Busch Gardens, Weeki Watchee State Park & Tarpon Springs. There is plenty to do in & around Spring Hill!Overall, this house was the perfect getaway for our family! Thanks to the owners for the attention to detail in their home.

Beautiful house, clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location..

Huge home with everything you need. We did have an issue with the pool heater but the owner on our 2nd day made the necessary repair. The beds are very firm so keep this in mind. Jason was very responsive and his cleaning crew immediately notified us of items we left. I highly recommend this property.

We were impressed by the house upon first entering, the house is very spacious and very clean.

Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. The communication with Jason was easy and uncomplicated. Eight adults stayed 2 nights and had plenty of space. We would definitely rent again and stay longer to enjoy the house, pool and lanai.

The property was quiet, beautiful, and perfect for our family to lounge and relax. Everything was well stocked and clean, and the instructions were concise.

Unfortunately, hurricane Milton altered our vacation and had other plans for us this time around so at the final hour, our party was unable to travel and stay at the property. However, Jason (the host) was extremely fast with all of our correspondence from the moment we booked, right up to our proposed stay and even during the day of the hurricane. The storm caused issues in the area that nobody could control so there was a lot of last minute correspondence and changes that took place. He,and VRBO were fantastic to deal with and I'm hoping to be able to re-book and try again. I highly recommend anything that Jason is managing because good communication is key, especially in times of uncertainty like we experienced.

Played Cabot Citrus Farms golf club. It’s about 20-25 minute ride.
