Stayed Mar 8, 2026Unfortunately, this stay was extremely frustrating from the moment I arrived. At check in... I was NOT provided with the access code to enter the property, which caused unnecessary delays. When I contacted the operations manager... Valerie the response I received was simply to “CHECK IN THE BOOK” rather than actually assisting with resolving the issue. For a property managed by a professional rental company, this level of support was very disappointing. Shortly after arrival, the Wi-Fi was also not working, leaving MYSELF without internet for over two and a half hours. I attempted AGAIN to reach out to Valerie for help but ultimately had to troubleshoot the modem MYSELF to restore service. There were also multiple maintenance issues during the stay, including problems with the outdoor TV which was SMASHED... the master bedroom ceiling fan/light remote was broken. Also, the mosquito activity around the pool, outdoor area was EXTREMELY heavy, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space that is prominently advertised with the property.What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of communication and accountability from management. After documenting these issues and reaching out to Valerie to discuss the experience and ask if any accommodation might be considered, the concerns were largely ignored. The only text I got was When will you be vacating the unit which did not address the actual issues raised. I hope the property owner reviews these concerns moving forward

Stayed Feb 28, 2026The home was nice. We enjoyed the outdoor area the best. The outdoor TV was malfunctioning, we e-mailed the host but never heard anything back. Could use some pots for cooking. We also had a random women bust into the backyard on us, my husband then went around and met her at the door where she just apologized and said she was there for the mail and she thought we were inside, which questions why she was sneaking around back. In the bizarreness of what had just happend my husband didn't think to ask a name. We have never had our privacy invaded at a vacational rental and because of this we will not rent this place again.

Stayed Jan 21, 2025Perfect spot for short stay centrally located near Sunrise Blvd so ready access to Highway or Beaches. Small but nicely appointed. Liked the art and loved the backyard pool & hot tub. Minutes from Shuck n Dive our favorite spot. Would return.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024This property is ideal! Adorable on the outside and spacious and comfortable on the inside. Both bedrooms had incredibly comfortable beds; the shower had terrific water pressure; and the kitchen was well stocked. The best part, though, was the outdoor area: there is a lovely covered patio by the gorgeous pool/hot tub - a perfect place to spend the day or evening. The house is also near to the beach, excellent restaurants, and shops. Something for everyone! We would happily stay again!
