Fort Lauderdale Location! Close to Beach, Shops, & Restaurants

We really enjoyed our stay in Victoria park. The location as described, a short walk to restaurants on route 1 and a short car ride to the beach. The outdoor space was great for hanging out and playing lawn games. It was easy to communicate for the host. We would stay here again!

We celebrated a bachelorette party at this home. It is very cute and cozy house and felt more open in the main area than I expected! Everyone said their mattresses were comfortable. The guest house was a huge bonus and it is absolutely adorable! The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and playing games & the backyard felt private with mature trees basically bordering it. We had everything we needed it seemed. (Included pool towels and large yeti cooler) We went to the Las Olas area and the beach which were both a short Uber ride. We didn’t walk anywhere from the house so that’s probably the only thing I can’t give a clear opinion on. Owner and property manager communication was great-instantly responded to text messages.

This house was great for my friends and I. The house had everything we could ask for and more. The home itself is so cute. It has charm and style. The backyard was awesome for activities, including yoga and laying on the hammock. The pool was a nice bonus too! The casita was great! The house comfortably accommodated all of our guests. The house manager Leo was responsive and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. I would definitely come back to this place!

10 of us stayed here for my friends covid friendly bachelorette. Great, safe location, and lots of entertaining space. Would definitely recommend! The check in and check out process was smooth and we look forward to returning in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our family group had plenty of room and greatly appreciated the warm welcome by the property manager. The home has everything you need; the kitchen, laundry, pool were so great to have during the pandemic. The casita was also very lovely. Location is great.

Perfect for our two families

Great home that housed 10 guests for a college reunion! All guests slept comfortably and the guest house was very helpful to have. Leo came to the property and led a very thorough walk through to detail every inch of the property. He went through amenties, where extra items were, what we needed to do, and gave some helpful tips to avoid issues with neighbors. Communication was great and it was no issue to delegate to a friend that lived in the area since I wasn't coming in until the next day. The pool was great as well as the patio area in the back. The property was very close to the beach and had a number of restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend if you're planning to be in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
