Delightful stay! House is spotless and very comfortable, with a lovely garden - we especially loved sitting by the outdoor fire, which Jade had set up for us - and our dogs did zoomies all weekend in the huge outdoor area!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to attractions in the region. Loved the wood fire heater. Rooms were spacious. If you are wanting a portacot and for the child to have their own room just highlight that when you book. The portacot was set up in the parents room and the other rooms were locked, we contacted the owners and they were great in coming to open up a room. Some dishes were a little greasy probably from prior guests however all cleaning equipment is provided. There were no shower amenities so bring your shampoo and soap. The facilities were great and I would come back again especially as they accept dogs. So I'd love to come with my dog next time as there arent many dog friendly accommodation sites. This place is fully enclosed so I'd feel very confident with my dog off lead when out of the house.

We had such a wonderful week with our 2 dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Even the fire was ready for us to light when we arrived. We loved the outside fire pit and al the birds that visited. Was very relaxing, quiet, peaceful holiday.

Great spot, property is fully fenced which is great when you have dogs. Note that there is a 1080 baiting sign only 400m from the property entrance.

Lovely little home in a nice quiet location. The kitchen is well decked out, we didn’t want for anything. Plenty of warmth with the fire and additional column heaters if needed. Jade was communicative and helpful. Thank you for a great week!

Everything was perfect. We three had a much needed holiday at this charming farm stay cottage. It is perfectly located for all the activities and experiences that the Margaret River region has to offer. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped, including a toasty slow combustion fire heater in the living room area. We enjoyed many hours sitting in the front and back gardens, watching and listening to the amazing variety of birds - blue wrens, golden whistlers, parrots, honeyeaters, willy wagtails and more. Pippa, our Border Terrier enjoyed everything, especially the occasional sightings of emus and kangaroos on one side of the fenced property; lots of bunny rabbits in the back garden that she viewed through a glass door and bellowing cows in a nearby paddock. We plan to return for another relaxing holiday in the early autumn. Thank you Jade.

The house is a good size for a family vacation but with no internet and no phone coverage, we felt very vulnerable and isolated. Phone coverage is now run through the wi-fi services of the internet, so there is no way to even call RAC if your car breaks down. I couldnt talk to my children in Perth while I was there either. Our phones (all 6 of them) only had SOS functions. I couldnt look up where things were in relation to the house. And yes, I realise there is a map, but after going somewhere and finding they were closed several times, I was very frustrated and uphappy. The property is a long way from Margaret River but central to some of the places we wanted to see. There were alot of bugs which I dont like and sweeping up dead bugs everyday is not fun. It also looks like the borer bug is in the master bathroom shower. I cleaned up that mess and sprayed them without success everyday. I feel I paid alot of money and got no internet, no phone coverage, no air conditioning (no fans either) and alot of bugs. I understand its a farm house, but the holes in the fly screens meant we couldnt open doors or windows, especially at night. I appreciated the complete quiet and waking up to baby rabbits in the back yard but I wouldnt have stayed here if I had realised the remoteness, no internet and no phone coverage. Your description should include that the property doesnt offer internet.

We took our young family and doggo away to Forest Grove and we loved it. Heaps of room in the house for all of us, and being fully fenced we could let our dog and kids explore. Cute little family of bunnies living on the property, although we saw no other animals which was a shame!

If you want quiet restful holiday, this is the cottage for you. Set amongst trees & bushes that attract so much bird life, you can while away the day just watching the birds, without moving from the front or back verandahs. I didn’t realize honey-eaters & finches played basketball. There is a basket hoop out the front. Finches & honeyeaters continually flitted, in and out of the netting hanging from the goal hoop, competing with each, to show off their darting & twisting skills through the netting. Apart from the joy of nature. The cottage has everything you need, Kitchen & dining utensils are a plenty. Comfy bed & large lounge settee & everything was so clean. It was wonderful to be able to light a fire ? it made the cottage even more cosy. Plenty of firewood was provided. Pet friendly, this was of great importance for me was being able to have my dog stay with me. She was in her element wandering around the grounds. The property is totally enclosed, so no chance of your ‘fur child’ escaping. Plenty of interesting towns & places to drive to nearby, Margaret River, Augusta, Hamelin Bay.

The accomadation was very comfortable. Our host was very thoughtful and accomadating. There was so much space for our dog to explore though she wasn't sure about the mooing from the cows as she had never heard one before. Her reaction was hilarious
