A spacious three bedroom, two bathroom house right in the centre of town.
It`s 800 metres to the jetty & dog beach, a shorter walk to the river & park, CBD, hotels, restaurants, cafes, shopping, cinema, & the Historical Museum.
The bus station is 100 metre walk from the house.
A very quiet street considering it`s central location.
This place is good for couples & families.
Linen hire available or BYO linen.

THE HOUSE
The home is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cook top, microwave and coffee maker. The living area and the main bedroom offer reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The two toilets are located separate to the bathrooms, and the second bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.

There is a huge enclosed backyard, and the outdoor patio has a gas barbeque. Plenty of room for the kids and dog to play. There is also a second outdoor area to relax in privacy.

PET FRIENDLY
Dog welcome with prior arrangement. $20 per night, per dog . City of Busselton laws apply.

City of Busselton Local Laws require:
1. Must not be more than the booked occupants in the property after 10pm
2. All rubbish must be removed and disposed of in the designated bins
3. No loud music or events at the property after 10pm.
4. No animals to be left alone unattended at the house at any time
5. No more than 3 vehicles to be parked at the premises at any time

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Entry to the property confirms acceptance of these terms. Please review the important points below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

Booking & ID Requirements
Booking must be under the name of the guest staying. Third-party bookings are generally not accepted. A government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license) is required within 24 hours of booking. As per Busselton Council rules, we must receive the names of all guests staying (Holiday Homes Local Laws 2012, 3.3).

Guest Numbers & Visitors
Guest numbers must match your booking confirmation. Undeclared guests or pets will incur extra nightly fees. The property has security measures in place.

Linen & Bedding
Fresh linen is supplied. Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Singles.

Damage & Cleaning
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the stay. Please send photos of any existing damage within 10 minutes of arrival. A pre-authorisation hold is taken on the payment card and released after the cleaning inspection has taken place, all being good. Lost keys may require lock replacement. Oil leaks must be contained or may incur driveway cleaning fees.

WiFi
Free and unlimited WiFi is provided.

Events & Noise
No parties, events, or gatherings. Commercial use is not allowed. Noise disturbances may result in eviction without refund.

BBQ Use
BBQ must be cleaned after use or a $50 cleaning fee applies. Please notify us if the gas bottle is empty.

Rubbish & Bins
Bins must go out Monday night. Missed bin collections incur a $20 fee per bin.

Children & Cleanliness
A highchair is available. Please keep toddlers from walking around with food – cleaning charges may apply.

Welcome Gift
A small welcome gift (e.g., wine or beer) may be provided. Let us know in advance if you prefer not to receive alcohol.

Pets
Dogs and birds are allowed with prior written approval and pet fee. No cats, rabbits, or ferrets. Dogs must be clean, flea-free, never left alone indoors, and not allowed on carpets or beds.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Dispose of butts properly (sealed and binned). Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

Fireplace
For heating only. Keep the door closed while in use. Not for cooking.

Lost & Left Items
We are not responsible for lost or left items. Returns incur a minimum $40 fee.

Wildlife & Insects
Due to nearby wetlands, some wildlife and insects may be present. Pest control is regularly maintained. Repellent and spray are provided.
