Stayed Jan 16, 2026This home was perfect for our weekend in Yuma. Kyle is an excellent host. Everything was well thought out, tastefully decorated and in excellent shape. Kyle responded to communications in seconds. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and easy to get to. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommended!!

Stayed Jan 17, 2025The property was exactly how it is described, kitchen very well appointed and bathroom excellent with two sinks and a great shower. Located right in the foothills with some lovely walks very near. Shops just a short drive away. The community is friendly and quiet. Would definitely stay again.
