There is a grill, outdoor seating on both east and west sides, a bicycle, a carpeted garage, an empty man-shed, and the main shower is fully accessible for anyone with mobility impairments. We've tried to make the whole house as accessible and comfortable as possible. It's enticing to sit on the west patio in the morning with a cup of coffee, and the east patio in the afternoon waving hello to neighbors, then watch the sunset again from the west in the evening.
