Welcome to Folly Wobble on Folly Beach! Recently renovated porch and sun deck! This single family home is perfect for families looking to stay oceanfront with panoramic views. Enjoy direct beach access and a grand oceanfront porch.
r>Quaint home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to comfortably sleep 6 people. The 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are on the main level of the home. Kitchen is fully stocked to prepare the family meals and easily gather around the dining room table to dine indoors, or take everything outside to eat or relax at the picnic table on the covered porch. After a day in the sun, rinse off with the hose or outdoor shower, and relax in the hammocks feeling the cool ocean breeze. The 2nd bathroom is a full bathroom located under the house for easy trips from the beach.

The unique, downtown area of Folly Beach is about 3 miles away to all beach shops, seasonal markets on select days of the week, live music, Folly Beach Pier for a stroll or fishing, and try one of our many local restaurants. Restaurants here offer everything from low country seafood to pizza to oceanfront, higher end dining. A short distance away from Folly Wobble is the Morris Island Lighthouse beach, which offers a serene beach walk and picturesque lighthouse views.

Downtown Charleston is also only a 25 minute drive, which offers world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks along the water, the aquarium, and much more for added entertainment. Neighboring towns of James Island, Johns Island, Mount Pleasant, Isle Of Palms, & Wild Dunes all have something special to offer, whether you are a foodie, into golf, historic sites, or craft brews.

Folly Wobble is strictly non-smoking, no pets, and is a family vacation rental. *Kayaks are not for guest use.* Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, 24-hour emergency on-call staff. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. We hope to see you soon!

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
