Stayed Jul 8, 2025Cute, clean, and stylish little bungalow that’s a close walk to the beach and restaurants. This was our first time not only staying at Folly but also not staying “beach front” on a vacation, we enjoyed our stay! The outdoor shower was a great place to clean up after beach time. I would have liked a covered seating area outside rather than an umbrella at the table for the rainy times we experienced, but it wouldn’t be a reason to not book at this economically smart bungalow.

Stayed Oct 6, 2024This was the perfect cottage for my husband, dog and I. We loved the outdoor area for coffee, and drinks in the evening. The bathroom shower was great and the outdoor shower was a great addition, too.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024I wish I had known it was a walk thru gravel to reach the house. We are elderly and not easy for us pulling a suitcase. Did not spend much time at the house. Only for sleeping.

The fenced yard and location adjacent to a greenway and beach access made it even better; our 2 senior pups had a great time seeing and smelling their way around Folly! We would rent this property again!

Stayed May 3, 2024Even though the place is described as non smoking it smelled like an old smoking hotel room. They did bring an air freshener after I called but it really made the place hard to enjoy.
