Folly Vacation 202 Beach Bungalow

Home was well-equipped, clean and perfectly located to beach, shops and restaurants. Nice fenced in yard for the dog.

Super-cute house! The yard was terrific, especially since we brought our pup, and the interior was impeccably designed, clean, and well-equipped. House was closer to the beach than I expected -- 2 short blocks. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was an easy 3 block walk to the beach. Bert’s market was a block away. The fenced yard was perfect for the 2 dogs. The trees and shrubs planted along the fence gave the yard a feeling of privacy. The bathrooms were renovated with large showers. The king beds were very comfortable. The partially covered patio was perfect for morning coffee. We enjoyed a perfect weekend.

Overall, we really enjoyed the property and would likely stay again. The house is cute, clean, freshly updated and very thoughtfully done with everything we needed. The nice patio and fenced in yard were a big plus. The beach cart and chairs were helpful. Awesome location, easy walking/biking to beach and center street. Just a couple of notes:Of course everyone has different opinions- but my husband and I felt the mattress was too firm & uncomfortable. We smelled cigarette smoke in the home especially upon arrival and some lingered during our stay. The welcome mat was soaked in bleach/still wet when we arrived. While we appreciate cleanliness, you might consider your guests (and pets) who are chemically sensitive and use non-toxic/unscented alternatives.

House was well appointed and perfectly fit our expectations. The inside space has everything you need. The outside is private and comfortable. Easily accessible to shops, restaurants and the pier. Beach access was close and easy for the seniors in our group. Highly recommend this property.

We spent the month of April traveling the SE from FL up through GA then on to SC. After leasing at least 4 properties along the way, this was our favorite. Location was great. It had all the amenities. Thumbs up.

This property was ideal for us. Two full baths and large kitchen with open living area were some of the features we enjoyed. The outdoor area includes a courtyard with a fenced yard for our pup. We would love to book this property again.

Could not have been a more perfect house and location.

Excellent location , SUPER CUTE house ,4 star on cleanliness- we had to wipe down a few things in bathroom - rest of house very clean maybe just a oversight from cleaning crew - wouldn't NOT book here because of it. House doesn't provide separate beach towels. Bring your own or use the Bath towels provided. Other then these minor things - great rental

The location is amazing. I love being able to see sunrises, it was great being 10 minutes walk from beach. The fenced in yard was very handy for us traveling with our dog.

We soooo enjoyed kicking back for a lovely holiday weekend. This is a cozy house in a walkable, charming community!

and we hit the jackpot! a really cool bungalow, very clean and comfortable and close to everything! the mid-century vibe was so much fun! easy walk to the beach, pier, center street! and a first beach trip with our darling dog ivy! she was welcomed by everyone, she felt very special. we definitely want to stay there again, soon!

Very cool property and the backyard is a little slice of heaven. Very private. The house inside is well done and very tasteful. Would definitely visit again.

The house was very clean, had everything we needed and the location is absolutely perfect! Short walk to beach and short walk to restaurants, shops etc! The house has a very nice fenced in yard too. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!
