Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

    This is an older house, which has many elements of charm that can only be found in an older classic beach house. The place was very clean. Bed linens were nice. The kitchen was quite modern. The location is excellent, being a short walk to the beach and fishing pier.

    We enjoyed out stay great location. Everything needed on kitchen and bath. Extra blankets and towels etc. A fan for upstairs may be good and the grounds were a little messy when we got there but it had been pouring also. The box that holds beach stuff was open with stuff all over. The outdoor shower was nice. We weren’t sure on cable seemed to be just streaming. Thanks again.

    The beach house was exactly as pictured! It is an older house but well maintained. The beach is within walking distance. We enjoyed walking thru the town and bought some souvenirs. Would stay again!

    This house was darling - perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is as good as it gets - walk to the beach, the pier, restaurants. Inside was exactly as pictured and VERY clean! Everything we needed for our stay was included. Would highly recommend!

    The property is definitely older but is nicely updated. It was clean and close to the beach/pier. Nice spacious outside atea for grilling/lounging. Very close to center.

    The home is adorable and had plenty of space for our family of 5. There is a nice little game room upstairs adjacent to the loft bedroom & the kitchen was a nice size. The upstairs windows could definitely use some coverings for privacy & the broom was oddly short so many a new, longer one would be nice. Also parking was a bit of an issue

    The house was exactly as pictured and described. It was VERY clean and well-equipped with everything one would need to cook (though we did order out every night :) )Good quality linens, nice toiletries.
