The most fabulous two weeks on Nantucket! House is updated, clean and very well located. Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this beautifully updated home! It was the perfect size for our group of six, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The house is thoughtfully decorated, well-equipped with everything you might need, and in a great location for exploring Nantucket. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay on the island.

We loved staying at Ariana’s property. The house is very nice - it is very nicely decorated, the outdoor shower is fantastic, the kitchen is well appointed, and the open concept is great for spending time with family. We had two one year olds crawling all over the floor and I was very happy with the level of cleanliness in the house. We also really enjoyed the location. It was our first time staying mid island but we loved that we could walk to an amazing park for the kids (Discovery Playground), walk to a great seafood/meat/grocery store (Nantucket Meat & Fish Market), and drive to several beaches while avoiding town traffic. It is also very easy to hop onto the bike trail and it’s an enjoyable 10 minute bike to town. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Ariana was a great host and was very easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay at Foggy Notion. The home is in brand new condition-even smells like new construction. The location is quiet and very convenient to downtown. It took us about a half hour to walk into downtown. (Driving and finding a place to park downtown actually takes longer.) Highlights of the property are the outdoor shower, which was really nice, the cozy living spaces and the great kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and beds are very comfortable. The back deck overlooking the green space behind the home is very relaxing. Highly recommend!

Excellent Nantucket home in great location! Coffee shop at the end of the street, close to bike / walking trails, and on a quiet dirt road with zero traffic. The house was super clean and well appointed. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a spacious, well-appointed summer rental on Nantucket -- well-suited for a big family or three couples, this is ideal. The home itself is beautiful and well laid-out. On our first night, we very much enjoyed the chance to grill salmon out back and enjoy an evening dinner on the deck. The bedrooms were comfortable and cheerful; the bathrooms were immaculate, and the big-screen TV downstairs with ample sitting space made for a nice late-evening retreat. The location is very nice. One of us walked in from the airport (30 minutes) just to show that it can be done. All of us biked to town or to the beaches in comfort. The charming cafe about 300 yards away on Toombs Court was a pleasant surprise. Great summer rentals in New England's prime vacation towns an be very tricky to find, but this house delivered!

Foggy Notion was perfect for our stay. Close to town and beaches and the airport. Had all the amenities you would need for a family trip. We would definitely stay there again.

We were looking for a long/5-night weekend in Nantucket. As we have rented with VRBO on-island in the past, three to four times, we recognized this listing as accurate and detailed. The communication with the owner Ariana was nearly instantaneous and welcoming. The property is immaculate and nearly brand new. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen island and dining table were close together and perfect for family interactions. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped. Located off Old South Road, adjacent to the Nantucket State Forest, the property is walkable to the Nantucket Bake Shop/Meat and Fish market and a great coffee-and-sweets place at the end of the street. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ariana. for a great weekend.
