Fluta is a detached, single‑storey bungalow set in a quiet residential area of Seaton, Devon, within easy walking distance of the seafront. The property has been extended and newly furnished, offering comfortable accommodation with sea views.
The entrance hall leads into an open‑plan kitchen, dining and living area. Bi‑fold doors open onto the rear terrace with sea views, with steps leading down tothe garden. The garden wraps around the property and is mainly laid to lawn with mature trees and established planting.
There are three bedrooms comprising one kingsize bedroom with sea views and seating area, a second kingsize bedroom and a twin bedroom. The bathroom includes a walk‑in shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside, the property benefits from off‑road parking for two cars. Seafield Gardens and the seafront are just a couple of minutes’ walk away. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
The surrounding area offers access to the South West Coast Path, the Jurassic Coast, Seaton Wetlands and the nearby fishing village of Beer. Beach 0.2 miles, pubs, shops & restaurants 0.3 miles.

Town: Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
