Stayed Jun 30, 2017Comfortable basically three bedroom home with a lot of amenities updated directly on the Canal great place for boarding and kayaking wonderful restaurants close by the kids feel safe walking around the community . Awesome fishing nearby and seeing manatees in the water is always a pleasure .

Stayed May 27, 2017As long as you are not looking for a 5 star resort, this is a great value. Very clean and comfortable.

Stayed Dec 30, 2016We had a great time at this rental house, everything met our expectations. House was not a 5 star hotel but it sure wasnt a dump either. Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc- YES Was the property clean and well-maintained - YES Did the owner provide good customer service -YES Would you recommend this property to your friends or relatives - YES What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike near by - TOOK THE WATERWAY IN THE BACK OUT TO THE GULF WITH PADDLE BOARDS. THERE IS SOME GREAT WILDLIFE SITESEEING JUST OUTSIDE OF THE CHANNEL!

Stayed Nov 22, 2016If you're into water anything, swimming, fishing, boating this little three canal community is the perfect place. The kids play freely on the streets and in the water, it's a wonderful site. This community boost the most beautiful sunsets EVER!!!
