Florence Family Home w/ Dog-Friendly Yard

Great fenced yard for our dog.

Wonderful house. Great location

Comfortable, clean, and bug free home. My dog and I enjoyed our stay, especially the large backyard and walkable neighborhood.

Very nice property. Will never understand why these really nice VBRO’s want to put the cheapest spring mattress they can find in them. House was perfect, extremely clean. Beds were disappointing.

Nice house to stay especially if you have fur babies but there is nothing there for you except dishes and appliances which isnt an issue d/t having a Wal-Mart down the road but know there is no complimentary coffee.The management company, Evolve, is the worst you can imagine. Nice place but i cant recommend the stay d/t the management company and the way they conduct business. We were stuck outside our VRBO for an hour in the heat and Wvolve never reaponded to any messages until VRBO contacted them. Stay far away from any property that is managed by Evolve.

We made the reservation four days ahead of time. On the morning of the rental start we sent 2 text messages regarding our check in time but received no response. At the 3:00 check-in time we called to say we hadn't received any code for the door yet. We were then sent an email with the code, and we headed to the property, which was very close. The cleaning crew arrived just after we did and apologized, but they had not yet finished cleaning the house. They mentioned that they had just been told that there were renters coming and they were not made aware of us until after we had called at check-in time. The house was nice and spacious, and the yard was great for our dog. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. The deck had a large dining table and chairs and there were food scraps on the deck and table. Inside the cooler on the deck was old water bottles and dirty water. The was a large nail sticking up from the deck that snagged my tennis shoe and made me trip and there was another section of deck that had a big hole. Perhaps if the cleaning crew had more information the deck would have been nicer to use, but the holes in the deck should be repaired before someone gets hurt.All in all, we enjoyed the few days that we were there, and the fenced yard was definitely a plus.

Great location. Close to Pickwick and Wilson Lake. Very clean house.

The house was very nice. We didnt love the beds, im sure that is just personal preference though. The backyard/deck was our favorite part! Plenty of room for our dogs to play!

Great house

Three major flaws, otherwise would have been a great stay.1. The mattresses were outrageously uncomfortable. You can feel the springs even with just touching with your hand.2. When we first arrived, a nosey neighbor with boundary issues, tried to walk in the house uninvited that resulted into a call to the police.3. While not as big of a deal the electronic locking key pad was iffy at best.

We loved staying at this property. House was SO clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Very close to town!Would book again if we are in the area!

Fantastic house great place to stay if you have dogs big fenced in backyard for them to run and play

The house was larger than the listing made it seem. Ample seating room, large kitchen and backward to throw the football with my nephew. Exactly what we were looking for.
