Clean, spacious, great location and full of amenities. A great vacation home! One of our favorites so far, in Marathon!

The management team was great. Needed them several times throughout our stay and they were very fast in their responses.The screened lanai was the area we used the most. Of course the grandkids would argue the pool was the greatest along with all the fishing that was done.

We loved the back patio and the tiki hut near the pool. The tiki hut by the water is a fun place to have an appetizer and watch the sunset. The dock was perfect for our boat.

It is the most beautiful location, with a pool, lagoon, and access to the Gulf of Mexico in your own backyard. The property is large enough that three generations can enjoy their time together but also have their own space. The new management was so friendly and responsive, and when questions arose, they responded extremely promptly and helpfully. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. We have enjoyed this property for years and hope to do so for years to come!

The huge yard and multiple outdoor seating areas were great for relaxing with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The kitchen, living room, and screened porch comprised a huge common area that was great for hanging out together and for family meals. Having all the recreational equipment provided was super convenient, so we didn’t have to worry about renting bikes, kayaks, pool floats, snorkel gear, etc. The boat dock was more than large enough to accommodate the 24 ft boat we had with us and the water is deep enough even at low tide to have easy access. The house is mid-way between Vaca Cut and the 7-mile bridge, which made it easy to get anywhere by boat or by car. We’ve been coming to the keys for decades and this house is a perfect combination of old Keys charm with modern amenities. Would definitely recommend!

The back yard has an amazing view of the ocean and great amenities if you’re into fishing like a private dock and a fish cleaning station. We caught Mangrove Snappers, Grouper, Nurse Sharks and a Tarpon all from the dock. The rooms are big, the kitchen is great, and the staff was fantastic to work with. I will definitely be staying there again.

Shining a light in the lagoon at night, showed all the activity that takes place there. We counted 3 lobster walking around. The accommodations were excellent. The property description and photos were everything as described.
