Fantastic location, even better hosts

Host was very nice and responsive in communications. Great location on the river Right in between the state park and KP hole. House was as expected - it is a bit older. The grass wasn’t cut which would have made the stay a bit nicer for the kids to be in the yard more. Overall would stay again.

Juanita and her husband Bob were delightful to work with. This was a repeat visit We always have a wonderful time and appreciate the ease of staying at the flip flop inn. Thanks again for sharing your home with us

Great little place on the river. Very close to head spring and kp hole boat ramp. Was clean and had everything we needed.

The Flip Flop is such a perfect location! This house is directly on the water, with about 5-6 steps down to it from the yard! It is located just a short paddle below the Rainbow Springs source and main State Park area,, and convenient to local restaurants and grocery stores. We paddled around all three days in the Rainbow River, and made a day trip to Silver springs one day, so the location is convenient to other places of interest. My grandson was very impressed, and he and his parents enjoyed spending a few days over Spring Break paddling and seeing all of the wildlife. We saw a gator, an otter, a bald eagle, and many, many ducks, turtles, fish, and other birds.The views, directly on the river are unbelievably beautiful and you can watch the sunrise right from the lawn chairs. We would definitely stay again, and the host was very helpful and available, checking in with us and so forth.

We had an amazing time! I have stayed twice in the last month because Juanita is an incredible host with excellent communication from start to finish. The house is very spacious, the rooms and beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could possibly need. The location is perfect. A great yard, and we absolutely loved being able to walk right down the steps and straight into the Rainbow River. Such a peaceful and convenient spot. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if available!

Location is perfect for the lazt river or paddle up to aquatic preserve.. everything you coukd ever need on the river!!

Juanita is an awesome host. We always have a positive experience staying at her house. It's perfect for a family group. We fished swam and enjoyed the fire pit. Will definitely be back

We enjoyed having access to the spring right outside! We paddle boarded all three days and loved swimming in the spring. Magical! House was just what we needed for a girls trip.

This is our second stay at the Flip Flop Inn and it is still just as amazing as the first time! The house has everything you could think of for an enjoyable time on the water. Steps right into the crystal clear river. Only 1/4 mile from rainbow river spring head. Easy to launch your own kayaks or tubes. The house is cozy and can accommodate quite a few people easily. Close to Winn Dixie, Walmart, Publix and the downtown antique areas. Highly recommend this rental!

Perfect for relaxing at beautiful rainbow springs

We had the best time at the Flip Flop Inn! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a great weekend on the Rainbow River. The private river access was perfect for launching our kayaks and jumping in for a swim. The hosts were amazing, so friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. Already planning our next trip back!

The home was comfortable and in a great location. Communication with the owner was always prompt. We enjoyed shopping and dining in Dunnellon.

Family and I made so many amazing memories!!! So cozy and comfortable. Right on Rainbow springs river. Water was Beautiful, view of everything was Gorgeous. We plan on spending more time here. Wish we would have stayed longer

My family loved this house it was nice it’s close to the water and in a good spot on the river. We had a very good trip to rainbow again and we would get this house again in the future!

Close to the head springs & away from the crowds :) We've stayed in this area several times with our crew & just love this home! Great place to stay if your priority is being on the water. We had adults and kids altogether for a long weekend of family play. Everything you could need. Lovely family rented next to us and it was perfect!

Great hosts, best spot on the river!

This was a cute, clean and comfortable home away from home. The private river access and crystal clear water of the Rainbow River was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a weekend!
