This house is functional, providing excellent value and is ideal for large family gatherings or groups looking for a beach rental at areasonable price. If you like to spend time with friends, you have flexibility for 2 or 3 families that want to vacation together. The house is designed with flexibility to enable adults to have privacy in their own section of the house and their children in the other side or families can each have a private section of their own.

The front section of the house has a full kitchen, living room and one of the four full bathrooms on the second floor along with a large deck off of the living room. Downstairs in the front section of the house there is another full bath and three bedrooms (one room with a queen bed, one room with two twins and one small room with a twin bed) and also includes a deck off the queen bedroom. The back section of the house on the second floor has a large breakfast room with an additional refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, sink and TV. Also on the second floor is a full bath room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom with two twins. Downstairs in the back of the house there is another full bath and a bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin up above.

The house also has two outside showers in the back of the house, washer and dryer, complementary propane outside grill and Wi-Fi internet available.

Check in at 3pm on Friday and check out the following Friday by 10am. Weekend rentals only available outside summer months. Guests are responsible for their own linens, towels and paper products.
