Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, choice of pillow(s), internet television, a desk, closet, and blackout blinds.
Bedrooms 3: 1 Queen bed, choice of pillow(s), a desk, sitting area and access to a private 3/4 bathroom.
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed, choice of pillows, a desk, internet television and access to a private 3/4 bathroom.
Kitchen: Toaster oven, gas range, stainless steel appliances, microwave, and all the kitchen essentials.

Living Room: Wood buring fireplace, large sitting area, art from local Boulder artists, dining table for 5, and bar area with glasses, drink making essentials, and a wine refrigerator.
