Welcome to the historic Thaddeus C. Dickinson house est. 1904. Elegant, comfortable, open & modern, The Thaddeus is a fully-renovated flat in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington in the Brooklyn Arts District. Everything downtown is walkable: restaurants, shops, bars, multiple music venues, the riverfront and riverwalk. Sitting on the front porch allows you to feel the pulse of downtown, but is quiet enough to relax. We have free on-street parking and are only mins from multiple beaches.

This is a fully-renovated spacious, first-floor flat in the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC. Originally built in 1904, it was renovated and restored in 2024. We love the home and cannot wait for you to be our guest!

Very nice, like brand new, very clean and in a great location. Downtown is very walkable from this location. If you are coming to Wilmington I would definitely recommend that you stay.

We are adding new things to make our guests even more comfortable like:

Free condiments (mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise)

Free bikes (4 adult bikes)

Guests can use the entire first floor and large, spacious front porch.
Other things to note
This entire space is on the first floor of the property. There is a long-term resident space on the second floor of the property that is a separate flat. That space has a separate entrance with separate parking with no shared space. The front porch is part of the downstairs (ABNB) unit and is solely available for you during your stay.
