Stayed Dec 20, 2025Wonderful family vacation! Residence packed with all the necessities for a beach vacation. We especially enjoyed having the bikes and coolers to take to the beach. The pool area was amazing, pool temperature and hot tub made it usable every day. We had ages from 84 to 23 and everyone agreed, top notch!

The house had everything you could possibly need, which was wonderful. Stayed Mar 22, 2025Our family had a blast at the Ritzy Rabbit. The pool was a great escape from the heat and they had a lot of different items in the garage to help us stay occupied. It was a nice walk to the beach. At night, the traffic was a little loud since it is on a busy road. Overall, my family had a wonderful time!

Stayed Feb 15, 2025We came for vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. The house was great for families with children we had two just over one year olds a 5 and a 7. The pool security fence was great so we could enjoy outdoor time with the littles without fear of them going in the pool when it wasn't pool time. The set up of the house was great as well since we (Grandma and Grandpa had the cabana room to ourselves while the families had the main house. Everything we needed was there and we loved being in walking distance to the beach with only one cross of the heavier trafficked road. Also close to shopping and restaurants and not far from the interstate. It was a great week.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024Comfortable home, well appointed with lots of extras and a responsive owner. (Be aware - our beach access and parking was limited because the state had temporarily closed Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park -not the owner’s fault, of course.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024Owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. Even though there was construction on the road, the location was close enough to the beach for walking and driving. Many restaurants and shopping nearby as well. Our grandchildren, ages 3 and 11 months, enjoyed the pool and beach. The home was perfect for our adult children and the little ones. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024The house is located minutes from one of the best beaches in the country. Delnor-Wiggins state beach with its white sands and warm Gulf of Mexico water! The house is clean, organized and well equipped to have an awesome vacation! The house is also located near the main roads and shopping! I recommend the house for anyone looking for a Naples Vacation!

Stayed May 24, 2024Our family of 4 adults and 4 children ranging from 7yrs.-16yrs. Stayed for 7 days. The accommodations were great for the age ranges. Children upstairs and adults down and in the Cabana. The pool was greatly enjoyed, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to provide meals. Grill worked well. Kathy was very easy to communicate with. Our stay was a great family time in this lovely home.
