Come experience Old Florida in our circa 1957 Mid-Century Modern home! It boasts open living areas with the bedrooms on one wing of the house. A glassed in lanai stretches across the entire back of the house. The floors are original terrazzo. There are many vintage furnishings throughout the house.
You will enjoy the large kitchen with original working cooktop and oven. It is well stocked and very pink!

Stayed Apr 2, 2025Wonderful stay. Fenced yard for the dog was nice. Everything was very clean and welcoming. It took us a bit to figure out tv. If I had known it had Netflix I would have brought my password paper. Unfortunately beaches were closed. We hope to return as we have family in the area. Thanks

Stayed Feb 8, 2025So I’m having a hard time writing this because I want to be able to rent this house again and doing so will possibly limit my chances in the future!!! We VRBO all the time and have to say by far this house was the best stocked and had everything you needed for a great day at the beach. There was lots of space to hang out once back home. The retro relaxing chair in the living room, OMG so freaking comfortable!!! We had a couple hiccups, but the host is very communicative and responsive. If I was to complain about something. It would be the frying pans need to be updated. Apparently other renters had put them in the dishwasher, so the coating is spotty. Bottom line. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Stayed May 29, 2024We loved the Flamingo House!! It has EVERYTHING you need, just unpack and relax. Mitzi the owner was awesome, and so responsive! The home is clean, fun, comfortable, near the beaches and great restaurants. It also has a huge fenced in yard great for children and pups. We will definitely return!!
