An extra-large sectional in the living area provides an abundance of plush seating. Stream favorite shows on the 65” smart TV or simply sit back and enjoy the natural light. Gather in the game room for hours of fun! Hold a tournament on the shuffleboard table or set up a board game from the provided collection. You’ll also find a 65” smart TV and comfy armchairs. Home chefs will be delighted to find a full suite of stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Sweeping granite countertops offer plenty of prep space. When you’re ready to eat, gather in the dining area.

This home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a 55” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a king-size bed and a 50” smart TV. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has two queen-size beds. Both bedrooms also have a 50” smart TV. The third bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. The fourth bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and can also be accessed from the pool area.

Spend leisurely days in your sun-kissed backyard with a game of washers. Dip in the sparkling pool or unwind in the hot tub. The alfresco lounge is outfitted with a sofa and two armchairs. Prepare tasty meals at the outdoor kitchen, which has a gas grill, a sink, and a dining table. For aquatic adventures, launch the two provided kayaks from your private dock. The covered, furnished balcony sets the scene for laid-back gatherings in the shade.

If you're looking to shop, downtown Rockport also offers unique boutiques and art galleries. Boaters will appreciate the proximity to the marina at the Key Allegro Yacht Club, only 0.7 miles away. The neighborhood itself is a charming blend of coastal homes, offering a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.



Getting Around:

Getting around Flamingo House is easy. While Rockport is best explored by car, we offer free parking on the premises for your convenience. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Aransas County Airport (RKP), approximately a 15-minute drive away. Alternatively, Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP) is about an hour's drive. Uber and Lyft are available in the area for easy transportation to local attractions and dining options. Public transportation options are limited in Rockport, so a personal vehicle or ride-sharing services are recommended for the best experience.

Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Flamingo House is a non-smoking property, and we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the house. Pets are not allowed. Complimentary parking is available on the premises. For your convenience, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi. Please be aware that the pool and hot tub are for the exclusive use of guests staying at Flamingo House. Enjoy your stay!
