Flamingo Bay - Bay Front, St George Plantation, Pet Friendly!

A beautiful home that was perfect for our grandchildren a small sandy beach out back with beautiful sunset every evening It is our favorite home now and hope to be back soon

Only somewhat “negative” things to note is the outside bathroom was a little rough and the master bedroom bathtub faucet was broke, only allowing us to take a bath with the rinsing wand during my stay. These were the only only “inconveniences” myself and my party recognized and the rest of the home was amazing.

The kayaks were an added bonus! The house was very clean and communication with the rental agency was top notch. We liked staying in the Plantation and the miles of bike trails that it offered. If you want to be able to have gorgeous views of the water, this is it. The staff at GCVP was amazing, very helpful and helped us out when we needed them!. Extremely satisfied!

Reviewer Comments: Hi there, we stayed at Flamingo Bay last week for the thanksgiving holidays. This is our third year on the island for Thanksgiving. While we enjoyed our stay there, we were not quite satisfied with a few things. The house was clean on the surface but a-lot of the dishes were not clean and the cabinets themselves inside really smelled like old food.Of course we washed all the dishes that we used. The doors had stains like old food on them and the floors were exactly clean. Personally I think the house needs a really good deep cleaning. Some of the furniture was kind of stained and needed cleaning.This house has a-lot of potential and the view was great. We did wipe down the door frames and knobs while we were there and cleaned the floors in the kitchen.The downstairs was a mess actually and the half bathroom wasn’t functional.Hopefully we will find a greater rental next year.
