Stayed May 9, 2024From the time we checked in, we felt right at home. The home has a large living room with plenty of space for our family to hang out. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to make a home cooked meal or a take out buffet for a large group. The owner, Richard, stocked the home with tons of snacks, frozen pizzas, soft drinks, water etc. He was always available for questions and responded quickly. I would highly recommend staying there. The home is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. I wish we could have taken advantage of the beautiful backyard but we weren’t there long enough.

Stayed Nov 3, 2023The house was spacious and comfortable and in a great location. Walking distance to 5 points with lots of restaurants. Richard was welcoming with snacks and drinks for us on arrival. The house was perfect for 3 couple with plenty of space for hanging out. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 11, 2023We were so very thankful to find this beautiful home to house our family when we came to ATH for our daughter’s graduation from UGA. It was a perfect location that allowed our entire family (including grandparents) to stay together avoiding the hotels. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The owner was very responsive and helpful with a few minor questions. Backyard patio was perfect for gathering in the evening. Front porch was great for early AM coffee. Highly recommended! Thank you for a memorable weekend!
