Stayed Nov 23, 2025We are repeat guests due to the excellent accommodations and magnificent views! There’s more than enough rooms for our family, two living room spaces, large dining table, and perfect outside seating overlooking the ocean.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Overall the stay was good. The lower level still smelt musty even with dehumidifier going. The master bedroom tub had a crack in it resulting in a leak in lower bedroom when shower was used. Called and reported which resulted in them not allowing to use that shower and repairs were made during our stay. Made our stay not as comfortable in not being able to utilize that shower . Downstairs people complained of smell and humid feeling at all times.

Stayed May 8, 2025We picked this home because so we could give each family their own floor. The ground level (which was intended for my son, his wife and 3 teenagers) was a total disappointment. The AC was not working, it was musty smelling, so much so I went and purchased damp rid to put downstairs. The house had plenty of box fans which leads me to believe they already knew the AC had an issue.Also, we could not get the dishwasher to work at all (which is kinda important when you have 11 people) We absolutely love the area as its very family oriented.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location is great! Couldn’t be better. That what I will give 2stars for. Other then that it was worth the price. No linens are provided.. who travels with linens? For that price they should be included. The house smelled terrible like mold or mildew. We got used to it eventually. As far as cleanliness goes they need to find new cleaners. The sliding door to the patio was filthy when we got there. Also under the deck is full of garbage& beer cans, there were beer cans stuffed in random places outside ... all that being said this is no where near worth paying their rate a night! So if you’re going to stay here plan to bring or buy lots! Toilet paper, towels, rags, paper towel, etc! There wasn’t even a pizza cutter... the point of renting a house is the conveniences of it. The only convenience here was the location.

Stayed Oct 20, 2017Didn’t stay at this property due to moldy smell in 2 lower stories of the house and the fact that it didn’t meet our minimum requirements for the kind of beach house we needed for a celebration weekend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a girls weekend at this house and it was PERFECT! Plenty of room for 10 women and more than enough bathrooms. Oceanfront with an amazing view and plenty of room on the deck for us to hang out. We could not has asked for a better home for our weekend. It was clean and spacious. The team at Access Realty was great! Every time I had a question and trying to meet the needs of 10 ppl they were on top of everything. We try to do a different beach every year but everyone wants to come back to this beach and this house. One of our best vacations.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I booked this house for a girls weekend, after reading the reviews I was a bit nervous but everyone in the office assured me all the previous items has been handled. They were right! Everyone in the office got right back to me within minutes of my emails. The house was perfect! We didn't have one issue with anything that I had previously read in the reviews. We had a wonderful weekend and the house was so perfect for 10 ladies. Plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone. The view and the area were perfect. We didn't spend much time inside all weekend, we were on the beach or the huge deck from morning until night. We loved this place, our best house for all the trips we take. We try to do different beaches each year but they want to do the same house again, it was so perfect for us.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our experience in this home was very unpleasant. It started with having no heat when we arrived from a 13 hour drive with 3 kids under 3 at 4am...slept in the bitter cold as it was only on the high 20's when we arrived...this was only the beginning...we had mouse poop in the house, had to have traps put in, and one was caught in a LiVe trap that my mother had to listen to all night in her room, who puts in LIVE traps. The cookware was rusty and they delivered new ones but aren't there people that inspect this...crazy. Everything listed in the review before us, was NEVER fixed...went to bake a casserole and the oven took forever to heat up and then did not cool it properly...toaster oven broken..the outdoor furniture was terrible and the deck needs to be restrained. We got so many splitters. It certainly is not maintained. Then at the end of it all, we find out it is the owners home that owns Access Reality..says a lot about a rental company on the island. If you have booked this place, I would definitely reconsider. We traveled with our 12 month old baby, 19 month old and 3 year and 2 dogs...we did not have the time to spend having people come over to constantly work on a home that we were vacationing at..they did not care to do resolve anything after communicating our concerns after the departure. They already got our $$$$...think twice staying here.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location with plenty of room. Great beach access. Unfortunately, there were a number of problems. Neither the dishwasher or the oven worked the entire time. One of the main floor bathtubs/showers barely drained at all. There numerous burned out light bulbs. Linens and towels are not provided. (We weren't told that until after I had given the rental agency my credit card. We were able to rent linens/towels for a bit more than $100 for 3 nights.). We would not select this particular property again.
