Fishing from the dock, Waterfront cabin, free kayaks for your use!

The cabin was spotlessly clean. Much better than staying at a hotel. We were in town for our Marine's graduation. We could all sit in the screened in porch or living room and relax and chat. The views from the dock were nice and you always saw something interesting. Lots of restaurants ten minutes away. There were four of us plus our Marine who lived five minutes away. We enjoyed our stay.

This property had everything you needed for a quiet stay near the water. With a small boat or kayak the dock was usable for mooring, but not so much with a larger boat (17’ ). Low tide had little water. Overall a good experience and the hosts were very accommodating.

Had a great stay . My only complaint is that the deck by the water be redone because there’s a chance someone might get hurt but, other than that we had a pleasant time

We were allowed to check in a little early which was awesome. The home was very clean but old. We did have a lot of ants around the kitchen sink on the first morning. Air conditioner was not on when we arrived but the place cooled down pretty quickly. The pictures of the dock on the listing must be pretty old because so is the dock. It's warped and has lots of splinters and peeling paint. Overall we had a great time and my husband got the prize for biggest catch

Clean, family friendly, cozy stay and the kids enjoyed kayaking. Will definitely go back and stay, its like i never left home!

AMAZING! Communication was there and the location was awesome. A little Tucked away, exactly what I was looking for and 10 minutes from the beach.

First of all, this has to be the cleanest rental home I have ever stayed in! The home is super cute; retro feel with modern amenities. The house is stocked with anything you might need, even KCups and snacks.The dock with kayaks is great. An open space where we felt comfortable letting our teen go out and explore by himself (where we could see). Lots of little crabs everywhere. Ospreys, herons and lots of others I couldn’t identify. The front porch is screened in with string lights for nighttime. Front yard is fenced so our pups could run free.About 20 minutes from everything in Sneads Ferry and about 30 minutes to Surf City. Close enough to everything but you feel totally secluded. We will be back!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The cozy home had everything we needed and so much more. The location was great, private but not far from the beach. We were able to launch our kayaks and fish right from the private dock. So much fun.

Love location on Bumps Creek, secluded natural environment for crabbing and kayaking and close to beautiful Topsail beaches. Home is simple, neat, organized and well-equipped. Owner super friendly, responsive and helpful.

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The space was even better than described and perfectly suited to our needs. The host is awesome and made sure we had everything we needed.

The only thing wrong with this property is my name is not on the mailbox everything is better than described ‼ Cynthiia is a fantastic host I will bet you a dollar if you forgot it at home she has it at her place.i will keep this place in my favorites and hope no one books it but me

This was a great place to stay, we were a bit rained out for kayaking but we will definitely book again.
