This house has 3 full bedrooms. Back of the house will have a covered patio. 2 full baths. Walk to everything from this house. Will have ping pong table and dart board in the attached garage. Can't forget about the fire pit to end the day with a little conversation around the fire (guests provide wood).

The Margaritaville Garage Hangout Space is available for an additional fee and includes:
Ping pong table, poker, basketball hoop, dartboard, games, kitchen, bathroom WITH SHOWER, and flexible seating options
Perfect for family gatherings or group fun (and for additional sleeping space). Fee to use this space will be collected AFTER booking is confirmed.

GENERAL:
-Lockbox entry for hassle-free check-in
-Pet-friendly ($100 fee per pet, max 2 pets, must be pre-approved and pet fee paid prior to arrival)

FAQ:
Stairs are required for entry into the house and basement access (House with white porch only. The new house next door has no stairs to enter/exit.)
The driveway of the new house (gray house) can fit 4 cars wide max or 20' max boat attached to a truck along with 1-2 additional cars and we want to make sure there is enough parking in the driveway. No street parking. The driveway to the tan house with white porch is a long driveway and can fit the most amount of cars with the nose of the cars facing the tan house.
