Finest Luxury Home, Heated Pool/Spa, Gameroom, FREE Bikes, Close to the Beach

Everything about this house was amazing! The location is just 5 minutes from the beach, and the size of the house and rooms was perfect. It’s very well maintained and fully equipped with beach towels, six bicycles, a large cooler, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach. The kitchen, patio, and social areas were spotless and inviting. We truly had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!

The place was beautiful! Large kitchen fully stocked, comfortable furniture beautiful pool.Location was great as it was closeto the be beach restaurants and shopping. Very accommodating host. Loved the outdoor seating tv and grill.

Most beautiful house ever rented! And we have been all over the world. Worth every penny and will watch the schedule for any openings in the future! Hot shower, hot spa, hot pool.. beds great! Couch is huge. Beautiful inside and out. No hesitation book it now.

Great Stay

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was the perfect choice. The home was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious—ideal for a relaxing family trip. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful, just 5 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach, which made everything super convenient. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The house had everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this house. Traveled with the family to spend Memorial Day weekend at the beach and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was beautiful and it had everything we needed and more. It is very close to Vanderbilt beach and it has tons of grocery stores and very nice restaurants nearby. The host was very friendly and even gave us a free late checkout. Highly recommend. Cannot wait to go back.

The house was perfect for myself and my sister and her family- Thomas was extremely prompt with responding to my questions. Pool was perfect and the spa! Bright, airy, spacious house.

The furniture for lounging in front of the t.v. was not comfortable. Chairs should be high back and reclining would be much nicer.

Proximity to the public beach is great! Pool was smaller than we expected-but for our 4 young kids was perfect and the heater kept it nice and warm! The bedroom layout also was great for our younger kids.

This is an amazing property. Initially I booked the stay for 3 days but extended my visit 3 times and ended up staying for 1 month. The home was beautiful and very well equipped for a VRBO. Wow, what a gem! We've stayed in Naples in the past but this was our first time in this area and in a newly-constructed home. Loved the location. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes) to Vanderbilt Beach. We would also take the bikes to the beach. Mercato is very close as well. We've always gone to 5th Avenue for dining but discovered new favorites in Mercato, including an excellent coffee shop. The house itself is beautiful and well-equipped with modern furniture/decor and of course, all new appliances. We found the layout to be really quite spacious and comfortable for our party of 7. We especially loved the outdoor area for grilling and lounging after the beach. Thomas was an exceptional host, very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend! We'll be back!

Wonderful trip, nice area, great amenities, very happy with our choice. Owners thought of everything, especially for infant and younger children. Made our trip pleasurable and relaxing, will stay again.
