Always a great place to stay!!

Home is in a beautiful location. Everything was clean and the house had plenty of room for getting together and providing private space. I would book this place again and highly recommend it.

The large glassed in porch was very nice for playing games, with a view of the River. The house was clean with plenty of space for a large group. The ice maker did not work and there were no ice trays and only a 1/4 bag of ice in the freezer.

Everything was wonderful and the kids all had a blast. We are a family that cooks and the kitchen set up with all the necessities was great. We are already planning our next trip back.

We had a fantastic stay at the property. The view is beautiful, the home is comfortable, and it has everything you will need for a great stay on the river. Our kids truly enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock. We had many opportunities to kayak in the surrounding area, which cannot be beat. 10/10!

The house had everything we could have wanted. It was beautiful! It is the last house on the street and very private. It overlooks a part of the river that has no houses on other side. I believe this house has the best view/location for this reason. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner everyday on the deck. The wildlife on the river was abundant. There is a family of cranes with two babies that hang around the yard. The canoe was the perfect way for my family to explore the river together. This stay was so relaxing. Everything was stocked and ready for us.

Beautiful location on the Rainbow River. Convenient to restaurants, walking trail, and grocery store. It was so nice to ride the bikes and have the kayaks available on the property so we could use any time. We built a fire in the firepit and enjoyed hanging out on the dock. This was a Great girls weekend at a nice home on the clear Rainbow River.

The river view was perfect! I loved the couch on the porch, and the huge dinning table! The kitchen is fully stocked, even had seasonings. Definitely a recommended place to stay with a big family! We walked about 10mins up to blue run park and put our tubes in there and floated back to the house. The hammocks were a plus, with 5 total on the grounds. Being on the dead end of the street made it a very peaceful place, we seen otters across the river playing and tons of woodpeckers which were so cool to see up close. 10/10, recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about this peaceful house! The back porch and dock along river provide gorgeous views at all times of day. Perfect spot for launching kayaks (several available at the house), fishing and using the rope swing! House is clean, spacious and well equipped with ample room to spread out and relax. We spent several hours on the huge screened in porch facing the river. The entire Rainbow River is beautiful - clear and full of birds, fish, otters. Hosts are great and respond quickly. 10/10 experience - highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this home on the beautiful Rainbow River. Sitting on this deck and watching the river and all of the amazing birds is magical. We had never been to this area and had fun exploring. Be sure to check out Rainbow Springs State Park. Lots of space in the house to enjoy and kayaks for cruising the river.

This place is perfect. It looks exactly like the pictures and the hosts were fantastic. The town is quaint and charming. I highly recommended. My friend group is already planning for our trip next year at this same spot.

My wife and I stayed this past weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and it was the perfect relaxing getaway. The house was great: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved sitting on the dock watching the wildlife; spotting a family of otters playing in the water was a special highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed spending our evenings around the firepit, which was cozy and the perfect way to wind down each night. The hosts were wonderful—very friendly and responsive—and they made sure we felt welcome. We couldn't have asked for a better anniversary weekend, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

This place was awesome! We all had a blast. Huge bass early in the morning as soon as the sun starts to come up areount 7a.m. also bug bowfin. Ducks wait at the dock to be fed some bread and showed up every day very friendle. Let us hand feed them. The best house ive rented on this river and ive rented many!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is beautiful and peaceful, with the dock being our favorite spot. The hammock swings right over the water were pure relaxation—we could have sat there for hours just listening to the river and watching the wildlife. Every day felt like a nature show, with fish, birds, otters, and turtles passing by. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for enjoying the river. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything is always perfect!

We have stayed here for 6 summers in a row. And this is a little slice of heaven. An absolute peaceful & beautiful experience to be able to stay on the water. We love it!

Great location to enjoy the river without all the traffic of tubers. The house is very nice and spread out.

We were there to celebrate a 50th birthday party. The house and property were amazing. Kitchen was more than fully stocked with anything you could need for cooking meals. The dock and backyard area were beautiful. We also had tons of things for enjoying the water. Canoes, paddleboards, floats, etc. Would definitely recommend!

We had such a great stay! It’s very relaxing and the house is so comfortable. Loved all the wildlife, especially the otters. The rope swing was so fun. Also, enjoyed our family kayak trip. We enjoyed dinners at the Front Porch and Swampy’s. Grilled and ate other meals in the well equipped kitchen. Will definitely come back!

Can’t say enough about this property. Our family had an amazing stay on Rainbow River. Fishing (and catching!), paddle boarding, kayaking, turtle watching, star gazing, rope swinging, grilling - the list goes on! Can’t wait to come back - 10 out of 10 recommend!

Our grandchildren had spring break this week. They are 7, 8, and 10 years old. They had a great time. We kayaked, paddle boarded, swam every day off the dock, fished off the dock, and the kids loved the rope swing.The house was clean and all set up for our arrival. The kitchen was very well stocked so we did most of our cooking at home.It is conveniently located to a number of restaurants and major grocery stores. Also, paddling up the crystal clear Rainbow River was a dream come true.Katie, our hostess, was very responsive (and quick) when I had a question.I would (and will) recommend it to friends and family. An excellent, peaceful, beautiful place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Palm Waters Riverhouse! The house is beautiful, well laid out, and well supplied. We had 8 people all together and there were enough kayaks, tube, and canoe for all of us to get on the river. We enjoyed the dock, hammock, and swing along with the firepit at night. The screened in porch provided a great spot to read and listen to the rain on while the foosball table kept the kids busy on a rainy afternoon. We saw lots of wildlife: cormorants, snowy egrets, even baby sand hill cranes, along with lots of turtles and a few otters! Overall, I would highly recommend this place. Thanks Katie and Brock for an easy and enjoyable getaway!

What a great place to slip away and escape reality, for every age! House was very well appointed and clean. My sons (14 and 11) and I had the best time swinging on the rope swing, kayaking, swimming in the river, fishing and playing games. Home was located perfectly on the river!

This is my first time up in Rainbow River. I just have to say that this house is spectacular. There was six of us and the house was very spacious. The outdoor space was fantastic. We loved the fire pit. We loved the inside. We love the kitchen island. We love the bedrooms. We love the backyard. We love the fact that it’s right on rainbow River. What can I say. This place is spectacular. Thank you for sharing your home with us. I am already looking to book this place again in May or April.

This is a fabulous house. Very comfortable, equipped with lots of supplies and the outside is spectacular. I was sad we couldn’t stay longer. Be sure yo say hello to Vivian the black lab who lives nextdoor! She is a sweet dog!
