EACH LEVEL HAS ITS OWN KITCHEN & LAUNDRY ROOM and sits on nearly three beautiful acres of sloped/terraced woods, landscaped gardens, paths, ponds and a campfire ring. There is plenty to do with over 400 feet of PRIVATE (NOT shared), dreamy waterfront. Enjoy your own dock, boat lift, diving board (ALWAYS a huge hit!!!), rocks perfect for sunbathing on or fishing from, a shallow area for wading and the crystal clear waters of Flathead Lake. The waterfront BBQ/eating area includes a mini fridge, sink for rinsing/hand-washing and enclosed area for little ones.

Discovering the Village of Bigfork: We sure pack a lot of things to do and see into our little town. One of the most anticipated holidays here in Bigfork is 4th of July. The annual parade on Electric Avenue brings thousands of spectators. The Bigfork Summer Playhouse will celebrate its 67th season of live, professional theater in 2026. For more information and to check the show calendar, visit http://bigforksummerplayhouse.com/about/. The first weekend in August brings the Festival of the Arts downtown. Bigfork is also home to fine dining, fishing guides, live music, cherry picking, huckleberry tasting, history, shopping and falling in love with nature.

Glacier National Park, which welcomed over 3 million visitors in 2025, is just 45 miles away. It is a 1,583 sq. mile wilderness area, in Montana's Rocky Mountains. If you haven't already discovered the beauty of Glacier, please plan to. Explore some of the most dramatic mountain landscapes on Earth. Take a Red Bus tour of Going-to-the-Sun Road. Enjoy an adventurous whitewater rafting trip, a fun horse back ride or a helicopter tour. Bike or hike 'till your heart's content. Take in some history. Find a comfy spot and watch for wildlife. Whatever you choose to do while visiting Glacier National Park, one thing is for sure. It will be unforgettable.

Whitefish Mountain (Formerly Big Mountain) is just 47 miles away. Enjoy mountain biking, hiking, zip line tours, the alpine slide, aerial adventure park, strider bike park, spider monkey mtn (ages 4+), summer tubing, scenic lift rides, and the Summit Nature Center.

If you're not already familiar with Flathead Lake, here are a few key pieces of info you should know. There are 185 miles of shoreline and 200 square miles of natural freshwater, therefore earning the title as “the largest natural freshwater lake west of the Mississippi”. Flathead Lake can be as still as still gets, however, it can also look like the open ocean. Storms and strong wind can arise seemingly out of nowhere and waves can reach 5-8 feet high, even more.

Because our property is not in a bay, or sheltered in any way, this is extremely important to remember. Boats should NOT be tied up to the dock unless under supervision. This means no overnight docking. Boats need to be on the boat lift and fully raised. The new (in 2024) hydraulic lift will accommodate up to 9,000 lbs, however, it does not accommodate pontoons/tritoons.

We had an absolutely wonderful trip. The home fit our family very well. Plenty of separate space. Location is exceptional. The steps were a little rough on our parents. The rest of us appreciated the work out! Thanks for everything!

The house is amazing and was perfect for a family reunion. Shannon went above and beyond to make sure we were welcome. Highly recommended. The views will not disappoint.

The house was perfect for our family. We were especially grateful for the additional fridge and laundry on the lower level. The main drawback was the steps coming into the house. We were aware of the steps down to the dock but didn't realize we would have that many to carry all our suitcases and food into the house. The spiral staircases were difficult to carry things up or down too. But we had a wonderful week in Big Fork.

We spent a week in this beautiful house. It is a perfect set up for a family with teenagers because they have their own spaces to hangout. My son spent the entire week fishing on the dock. My quiet kid spent a lot of time reading in teh loft. My oldest daughter and I took daily swims and enjoyed the paddle board and kayaks. The kitchen is fully stocked with great equipment, and we were able to cook daily and bake homemade cakes and pastries. It's a beautiful drive the the national park, and my husband and I were able to bike to the top of the loop. We travel a lot, and not many houses are this homey or filled with this much love. I cannot say enough good things about our time here. Thank you, Shannon!

Our group had an amazing experience taking in the peaceful beauty of the lake. The property had everything and more you could want for a beautiful getaway - I loved the coffee bar, the cute outdoor fire pit area, and especially the walk down to the lake. You feel like you’re in your own little forest. Excellent communication with the owners and an amazing experience overall!

My family and I spent 9 nights at this amazing property in early September. The first thing you notice when you walk in the front door is the incredible views of Flathead Lake! The house was very clean and spacious. There are multiple decks and we loved spending time on the dock swimming and relaxing. It was awesome!

The owners have left nothing out! All the details of home! Our first time in the Flathead area will not be our last, thanks to the great experiance by our thoughtful hosts! What a difference it makes! We felt like we were at home in a new house, in a new area! Very comfortable, clean, spacious, and equiped! We were okay not leaving at all (even though the days were filled). Fishing, Swimming, Kyaking, grilling, sitting around the fire, or just taking in the lake and the beautiful sunsets... and all this was just at the house! The host were very accommodating and some of the most resposive we have ever had! Bravo! We will definetly be telling our friends! Thank you for allowing us to build such great memories in your home!

Great location to get in to Big Fork or go down to Bison Range. Eagles ( both adult & juvenile) perch right outside the living room windows! We used the campfire space twice and there was plenty of wood (even dry) everywhere for our use. Water was cold this time of year so did not take advantage of the water sports but so much equipment provided & sports chairs to enjoy the views down from the dock. Kitchen had everything we needed. I love the layout of the home as downstairs made available a complete kitchen & laundry & 2 bedrooms too if some parties needed privacy. The 2 decks are endless! Many spaces to view wildlife. I can’t say enough about what a great experience my family had. Big views of sunset from the master, to the living room to even the dining area. Gorgeous! Thanks so much for sharing such a beautiful property with us! The communication was immediate and they took care of our every need- thank you!
