Fiddlers Creek Paradise Coast Naples Near Marco

This is the second time we have stayed at this property in Fiddler's creek. It is a great home in a prime location. Hope to stay again next year and beyond!

The Mallards Landing home was delightful and Mike and Darlene were very responsive owners.

This is a wonderful property in a beautiful setting. The home itself is very nice - clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped and comfortable. We spent a ton of time poolside on the lanai which overlooks one of the many lakes on Fiddler's Creek. Fiddler's itself is a beautiful gated community that offers vacationers many things to do. My daughter biked every day and my wife walked every day (I played golf). The clubhouse facilities are excellent - huge pool, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, etc. The Gator Grill is a really fun place to congregate for cocktails, appetizers and food. The property is located close to Marco Island with it's beautiful beaches and Naples with it's great shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this finely appointed, beautifully decorated home. I'm a chef and appreciate a kitchen with everything needed to prepare great meals. The only thing missing, I thought, was a citrus juicer so I bought one and then discovered there WAS one. I just hadn't found it. All appliances are top-notch. The master bed was extremely comfortable (we're very picky)! Everything and anything we needed for the perfect stay was provided (beach chairs, towels, coolers, inflatables), etc. The home was immaculate upon arrival and, unlike other places we've rented in the area, the owners provide twice-monthly cleaning/linen service! My husband and I are very clean/neat so we felt a bit guilty having the cleaning crew come in (we didn't have them clean linens) but it was a nice touch-up. Any time we had a question, Mike/Darlene were available via text immediately and resolved all issues/answered every question (very minor issues). We adore Fiddler's Creek and especially Mallard's Landing/Point. Mike and Darlene's home is directly across from a lovely little park. The neighbors are nice (we even discovered a couple who live right up the road from us in Wisconsin in our tiny little village!). We would definitely rent this wonderful home again, if possible. My only suggestion is that the owners would respond either yes or no if the renters offer to rent again the next year. I've sent several texts and have yet to hear anything back even though I was told by both Mike and Darlene that we were excellent renters and maintained/left their home in an excellent condition. A yes or no response would be most appreciated for planning purposes. For any who are fortunate enough to be approved for renting with the owners, we highly recommend.

Darlene and Mike were very thoughtful and responsive hosts. Their beautiful house is in a lovely neighborhood that we instantly felt comfortable in. We really loved the convenient location of this property as well as all of the amenities that the community had to offer. We’re looking forward to our stay again next year!

Home was lovely however we had a few issues. Called owners to let them know of bug problems but got no response. Also garage was cluttered and surrounded by large cob webs. Front bell did not work. And lastly Lanai was covered with green mold. Perhaps I’m fussy but if I were renting a property I’d be sure everything was clean and in working order. Was not happy seeing ants on counter during our stay.

Everything was just as described and shown in the photos. The home was clean and very well equipped. Mike and Darlene respondedveeu quickly to our questions and immediately took care of the dishwasher and garage door when we encountered problems. It was a perfect stay. Definitely a home away from home.
