Stayed Jun 20, 2025Everything we needed and more. They thought of all the amenities. We loved being so close to the beach access. Enjoyed the multiple balconies. Very quiet neighborhood with a relaxed, friendly vibe. Great surf fishing and sunrises. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024My review: I rented Joe’s place for a month. One of the first things he said to me, “this isn’t a rental, it’s our home” and I knew right away it was a good decision. Joe reached out to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He assured me that if anything was disarray, he would address it immediately. Their home is beautiful. Several upgrades have been done recently including new appliances (I was not aware that air fryer was an option in an oven now!), a new dishwasher, and a relatively new refrigerator. The kitchen is tiny, but efficient, and well stocked. The living room furniture also appears new. The bathrooms have not been upgraded- but clearly have been well maintained. The bedrooms decent sizes with coastal decor. The queen bed had a thick padded pillow top cover. There are decks on both sides of the house with a grill we didn’t use. You can see the water from the living room and master suite.I watched several sunrises from the master suite. The beach access is VERY close. The beach was breathtaking. Very few people were on the beach during the week, but it has lifeguards. Joe has a large container in the carport with beach chairs and an umbrella.the house is perfect for pets, with access to the yard from the door. The house is a gem!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful view, nicely furnished and spacious townhouse steps to the beach. Loved sitting on the upstairs balcony listening to the sea enjoying a beverage. Fenced in yard perfect for furry friends. Furnishings are newer and comfortable; kitchen is well stocked and the gas grill was a nice bonus. Outdoor shower is a plus too. I booked for the next year and look forward to returning. Owners are very responsive and helpful too.
