Fernandina Beach Paradise: Steps to Shore!

This is a very nice house in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and 1st Avenue provides a very nice shaded walk. The bedrooms are very spacious; the mattress in the master bedroom was excellent. The bathrooms are simple and just the right size. The first floor sitting area is modest but very comfortable. The kitchen is very large, great for family cooking and eating in the dining nook. The host is super responsive and helpful - this was a great experience!

Enjoyed our stay here. Location was amazing. Property could’ve been a little more upkept on the outside, however the inside was clean, spacious, and updated. The front door handle was broken and needs to be replaced. Overall great stay. Would reccomend to a friend

We loved the location. One block to the beach with easy access over a city public boardwalk, close to bike rentals and many walking, biking and birding parks & trails, just a few miles to downtown Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch and Egan's Greenway.The two story 2/2.5 dog friendly unit was easy to find, park and enter. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked for all our light cooking and quiet living needs.The host provided simple and clear check-in & out procedures and instructions through the Vrbo system, text, email and hard copies in the unit. Everyday we walked our dog at sunrise and chilled for a happy hour sunset sit on the beach, so we really appreciated the hose out back, extra beach towels, pet covers on the furniture, beach chairs and the washer/dryer!!Thank you. We'll be back.

Very well situated to the beach in a nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Condo is extremely clean. The interior including furnishings are modern and well thought out. Highly recommend.

The host provided a sweet snack basket upon our arrival which was such a thoughtful touch. The house is also stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, dishes, and cleaning supplies! We had our toddler with us and it was a super close walk to the beach. Overall, we would recommend this to anyone looking for a close, quiet, convenient stay close to Fernandina beach! We loved the beach townhouse and location! Public Access across the road to the beach! Walk was not far and the home still feels like you are in a quiet neighborhood with trees in the back yard.The house had everything we needed. Bedrooms are upstairs, which was good for us, would not be able to bring my mother though.

The property was immaculate and communication with the owner was incredibly prompt. Unfortunately we happen to arrive during a cold front. Soon after our arrival we discovered the heater did not work. I notified the owner at approximately 10p and by 9a I received a text that repair people were on the way! We went about our day and, came home to heat! I was extremely impressed with the communication by the owner and prompt fix!The house is literally a block from the beach and a quick drive to town. Highly highly recommend - don't miss the sunrise! It's an early wake up but, well worth it (even in the cold weather we had while in Fernandina Beach).Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Had a great time with my son that's in the Navy

A condo close to beach access point with everything that you need. We brought our golden retriever for her first beach experience. This was perfect for us too with a complete kitchen and two bedrooms. Will stay here again if we are ever in the Amelia Island area.

The town home was very clean and comfortable. It was conveniently close to the beach and provided chairs and towels. We had an issue with the air conditioning and had to reach out 3 separate times before getting a response. It was eventually fixed, but the first night was unbearable with no air. And then the unit that had frozen up started to thaw and loudly dripped all night so most of us just laid awake all night listening to that. Otherwise it was a very clean, up to date property with everything we could need.

The hosts live locally and are extremely helpful and responsive. The unit is not on the beach but is just across the street in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and were greeted warmly by neighbors walking their dogs. A public golf course is just a couple blocks away.

We loved this unit directly across the street from beach access. Very spacious, clean, and well- appointed. We brought our own beach towels, chairs, etc., but there were even some of those provided if you want to just show up with your bathing suit and enjoy! Would book again.

This was a very nice, well-stocked and clean property. Centrally located and close to the beach. The only issue we had was noisy neighbors who partied past 2 a.m. outside several nights, waking up our dog and then the baby. Not much the host can do about this. Thank you for providing such a nice place.
