Fenwick Island spacious beach house with deck, W/D & full kitchen - dog-friendly

This was our second time staying here. We love this place. Easy to live in, convenient to restaurants and activities. Beach access is great! Being able to bring the dog is such a great. Thank you!

6 adults, 2 dogs, 4 children under 8; extreme heat this week, heat indices 105. Beach (and cottage AC) was only reprieve from terrible heat. Cottage nice and cool. Great floorplan to isolate screaming babies at night. We plan to return.

Divided floor plan isolates those who want to sleep from those (toddlers) who won't!

The house is in a very good spot near the beach. It could do with a little TLC. Cupboards were not very clean and the coffee table was sticky and fairly worn. I would not recommend this home without some deep cleaning, which was pointed out in another review.

We loved how close this house was to the beach. It was lovely to be able to walk right up early in the morning and loved how we could go back home with ease if we forgot anything. We went on this trip as high school friends just coming together and really enjoyed our experience. Everything is relatively close and it was in a beautiful location. We can't wait to be back!

This sound was A great find for a family. With 6 children and 6 adults this house give us plenty of space to spread out. The location is fantastic. The house was very clean. With great outdoor space. The thing I loved most about the house is my sleeping. Quarters are all removed from the main living space. If someone was sleeping they weren't disturbed by television cooking gameplaying etc.

We booked this trip at the last minute for two families each with two children under four. We were delighted by the proximity to the beach, availability of beach chairs and toys, and multiple outdoor spaces. The set up of this house is unique but worked well in our case - each family claimed 2 bedrooms on either side of the breezeway. I was glad we brought our baby monitors with us so we could hear the kids when we were in common areas across the breezeway. The house is decidedly not modern but you can tell that from the photos. None of us had been to Fenwick Island before - we loved the non-crowded beaches and enjoyed evening strolls on Bunting Ave.

Roomy, comfortable property, in great location, just steps from the beach. Our family of 10 were very comfortable & we all had a wonderful week.

Closeness to the beach. Near to many restaurants and on a quiet street.

Great location across from beach access. Be sure to note the description for the bedroom set up where 2 of the bedrooms are across the screen porch breezeway. Kitchen well appointed. Linens work well; plenty of bath towels. Only 1 kitchen dish towel was provided so might bring extra. Overall, worked out great for our family.

At 1st I thought what a weird setup, the 2 smaller bedrooms are in a different building than the master, kitchen, and living room. You had to walk out of the main room across an enclosed deck to get to them. After a day I changed my mind and liked the setup. You are totally away from the living room and noise if you want to sleep in peace. The master is huge. It was very clean and a perfect if you want to have the kids separated from you. Right there for beach access. Three decks, the dunes are so high you can't quite see the water.
