Stayed Mar 29, 2024The house was clean, however be aware the open concept floor plan also has high windows. And most of the window treatments are broken or not room darkening. Also one of the neighbor lights shines right into the master bedroom bathroom window and is very bright. Pool area is great and love the ping pong table Love the location, near many conveniences.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023Our family really enjoyed the pool area and outside ping pong table. The house was clean and charming. Location is great, easy to get to downtown Naples and Boniita. Would suggest that the rental managers replace one of the lounge chairs by the pool as it was broken and unusable.

Stayed Nov 15, 2023Very nice home. Great backyard with beautiful pool. The home is located close to 41, however, feels private with how it is set on lot and the privacy fence. It worked out well for my group, however, feel compelled to share that the single space is somewhat adjoined to the primary bedroom and when you walk out of primary bedroom, you walk into that sleeping area. The additional 2nd level bedroom is wonderful with a great separate bathroom, however, hereto it is open concept loft. For our purposes, it worked out great and does definitely sleep 5 just not a lot privacy for 3 of the sleepers because of the open concept.

Stayed Jul 14, 2023The property was very well maintained. Super comfortable bedding. AC works great especially in the loft. Pool used more than once a day and felt luxurious. Very private. Kitchen well equipped despite my goal being to not cook the whole week! My only ask: there are many, many light switches that could benefit being labeled. We got through the week never figuring out what some of them turned on. Otherwise, superb. Thank you.

Stayed Mar 2, 2023The house was darling! It had everything we needed in it. The house was clean with plenty of supplies. The only thing I would change would be the temperature in the pool. It was pretty warm outside and the pool was equally warm. Otherwise it was fantastic!

Stayed Mar 13, 2023This was perfect for us for some time near Vanderbilt Beach which we always enjoy! We enjoyed time in the sun around the pool and out in the cabana. With the solar heating system, the pool temps were nice by afternoon for relaxing in the water.
