Featherstone - Modern Townhome in Small Resort Community w/Clubhouse & Pool

We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. The house was welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied, the beds were very comfortable, even had heated floors in the bathrooms. Would highly recommend this property!!

It was perfect! We hope to come back a lot . Super convenient. Very safe area. Great neighborhood!!!

We loved this property, the neighbourhood is a hidden gem. The townhouse itself was quite spacious for the 4 of us with everything we could want.

Our family stayed for the WCU soccer alumni weekend. This place was fantastic for our family and would highly recommend.

The townhouse was perfect for 4 adults. We had 2 friends visit and there was ample space plus the kitchen, dining area and den were all open so you can visit / watch TV while cooking, eating, etc. The place was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The location was great for WCU and the community is precious. We arrived late and there are limited lights. We followed the directions and it was no problem. So many great things about this place and the community.

Featherstone is absolutely amazing. This is our third time staying at Featherstone and it never disappoints. The tranquility and location make it a joy to stay at. Sundog was easy to use and very attentive. We will be back!!

Great stay

We had a wonderful week long stay in this beautiful home. This home is very clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay again. It is in a great location and we enjoyed walking the trail located on the property. The neighborhood is very friendly and our dog was also very comfortable here. It definitely gets a five star rating.

The house was amazing. However the beds and pillows were awful. The beds were either very cheap, worn out or both. The pillows were actually worse than the mattresses. The flattered worn ouy pillows should be dicarded. Any run of the mill 2 star hotel has much better bed mattress and pillows. The poor sleeping experience was very out of line with the exceptional house. Disappointing based on the cost of $900 for two sleepless nights.

Featherstone is one of our favorite rentals in the Sundrops on Caney Fork community. The house is welcoming with a full stocked kitchen, comfortable den area, and elegant decor. We have rented Featherstone numerous times and will continue to do so. We highly recommend it!

We loved everything about our stay! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, the shower spacious and with great water pressure and the entire place was very clean. The pool and hot tub were also wonderful. We were visiting our daughter at WCU and it was a perfect location. We will be back!

They say location is everything and this town home was! The surrounding towns were interesting and fun to visit and all destinations we drove to were easy drives. After long days of being out our town home was a welcomed quiet and relaxing place to spend the evening with family.

This was our second time staying at Featherstone. We are impressed with how well it is furnished and decorated, kitchen is well stocked, and very clean. Sundrops on Caney Fork is a great community. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub and our son loves fishing in the creek. The neighbors are friendly as well as their dogs. We will be back!

We spent two weeks at Featherstone visiting family who live in Cullowhee. We had a fantastic time! My granddaughters loved the pool, my daughter discovered friends who live in Sundrops and my sol enjoyed fishing the creek. We just enjoyed the quiet, peaceful neighborhood especially the back porch.

We had a beautiful stay at Featherstone. We have stayed there previously and would highly recommend to anyone looking for some peace and quiet! Great community, wonderful neighbors!
