Large main room of 50m² with large picture window opening onto the furnished terrace. 4 Bedrooms, 2 Shower rooms, 2 separate toilets, Garden 500m².
With its 2 separate sleeping areas and large common volumes, the house is ideal for accommodating 2 families. Each sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
In each sleeping area: 1 bedroom with 1 160cm bed, 1 modular bedroom with a single or double bed and a mezzanine bed.

The house is located in a small subdivision of 5 houses with a private access road, which makes it a very quiet and preserved place. Possibility to park 2 cars on the property.

For convenience, you will find large closets in each bedroom, bed linen and towels are provided. Cot and high chair on request. Wireless.

To share even more good times, you will have at your disposal, a barbecue, a ping pong table, a hammock, a table football, a garden furniture, 2 deckchairs.
