Farmhouse Getaway!

Very clean place in a nice location

We loved the house and the property-it was very quiet, private and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and all the rooms were spacious. We loved sitting on the back porch every night seeing what kind of critters would come through. The host was very quick to respond and helped us with anything we needed.

Cleanliness, more cookware, utensils and place settings.

Host responded promptly. Property had everything thing that we needed for our short stay

Comfortable accommodations. Close to a Dollar General, gas station and McDonalds . Private space. Comfortable beds. Host is kind and helpful.

Thank you Jim for sharing this home. The property is amazing. I enjoyed my mornings sitting in the backyard, drinking my coffee and starting into the most amazing view. We enjoyed peace, quiet, and peacocks roaming around. The house has been updated, feels brand new, and very clean. Jim and co. did a great job, we felt like home. Thank you!!

1. Driveway hard to see due to overgrowth of shrubs.2. Outdoor garbage cans overflowing with trash bags upon arrival. It looked like an animal tore one of the bags because there was trash on the ground. 4. The interior was clean with the exception of a few dead tree roaches lying around in bathroom and by sofa.We were in town 2 days to visit family members and only at the rental house at night to sleep.The house itself is in a good location and had plenty of privacy. The beds were comfortable. The temperature of the house was perfect. It was a hot weekend and the owner had the house nice and cool when we arrived and we never had to adjust the temp.

House is on a nice property surrounded by trees. Sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch in the evenings, listening to all the crickets was nice and chill. The house has had some updates but could use a few more. The beds were comfortable.

The house is really nice , I believe I should be refunded my cleaning fee, house was full of dog or cat hair. Animal smell was really bad I couldn’t stay in house all day , couldn’t sleep at night because of the smell and pet hair . Other than that it’s a nice property with lots of space just need some TLC.
